After a terrible and expensive experience with my first engagement ring from a local rip-off, my fiance and I began our search to find a high quality wedding set at a reasonable price. After reading the great reviews and the 30 day return policy we decided to try PrimeStyle. I'm so glad we did! My ring is absolutely gorgeous and I love it! PrimeStyle's customer service team is great too! They answered any questions we had immediately and were very friendly. Their online system keeps you posted on every step of production of your product you purchase. I get compliments on my ring daily. The picture on the website doesn't give it the justice it deserves. We will definitely make more purchases from PrimeStyle in the future.

i am really disappointed in the quality and customer service. i received the 1st ring and the diamonds were yellow so i exchanged it for a 3 diamond ring and the diamonds did not match. i will never order from them again. the prices are too good to be true. if you want a nice ring go to a store. the manager david never seems to answer the phone. i had the ring 3 days and i am having trouble returning it.

Here is my story with Primestyle! I am getting married soon, and my parents had decided to buy me bridal jewelry back from Sri Lanka, where we belong. Although my parents wanted to buy traditional styled jewelry, I preferred something that would be unique and add sophistication. I actually did not want any heavy stuff, as I truly do not find it practical so I convinced my parents and introduced them to Primestyle and that was it. My parents loved the store to the extent that I have purchased most of my jewelry from them, and it has been a real pleasure such beautiful designs at such low costs with a lifetime warranty!
