Prima Restaurant did a great job, but the shipping company left a lot to be desired. They did not provide a liftgate as paid for (money was refunded) but they could not deliver to the correct address (truck was too big).

The customer service of this company is far beyond what most provide in todays world. The personel were very helpful and pleasant to speak with, the product fit our needs and expectations exactly, and the shipping was less than 48 hrs. from time of order. We will deal with them again!

Prima was great, but the shipping company was poor.

Three of the five items I received were damaged and now I am having a problem because I signed for them without checking them over because the delivery driver was late and I was leaving my store when he arrived.

Overall, a good shopping experience. They provide a good amount of info, including spec sheets, on many products but I wish that amount of info was available for more of the products. Very good selection of products, but too many "out of stocks". We ended up buying items different from what we initially wanted because they were out of stock.

I am undecided about using this company again. Customer support was good but it has been over a week and a half and I have not received my product. There seemed to be a PO issue with the manufacturer, but I also have not yet received the tracking information I was promised. I do know if I do not get this soon I am going to cancel order.
