Excellent customer service. There was an error when I attempted to purchase online but they had it resolved for me very quickly. I chose standard shipping (said it would take 7-10 business days) however my shipment arrived in only 4 days! Ink was so cheap ($4 vs. $17 elsewhere). Excellent packaging, correct items and quanitities and the ink works just fine in my printer! Won't be buying my ink anywhere else from now on!!

Website states "same day shipping." Placed order on 5/26. Checked web status on 5/31 and it was noted as "in shipping." Called on 6/1 to get a real status and told it is an OEM order, would be in that day and shipped that day and since I am in Florida - would get it on 6/2. I did not receive my order until 6/4. Wrong status on website and bad information given by employee.

The cartridge we recieved was faulty and had to be replace which it was at no extra cost. The contact person was understanding and helpful and did not make the process of having the merchandise replace a difficult one and for that I would order again from them.

Delay in items being shipped. First time I have had any problems with this merchant.

Person I spoke with to check stock on my item was extremly helpful. Even called me back to confirm stock.

Shipping charges were not included at Checkout. The company contacted us to approve the new charges.

Order seemed OK. But,Phone call required additional information not available. Canceled the order! Not able to follow any tracking information. Now,eMail says I can expect a charge from some other site. This is by far the worst on line order ever.
