Beware!!!! this is not a legitimate business . I bought a pair of sunglasses, paid them $300.00, they kept my money and did not send me any sunglasses. After contacting the company many times to get my money back they just told to bad. Do not trust this business.

I would like to express my disappointment with the way you have handled my order.
This order was made from your website, from the list of items you published as being available.
My credit card was charged immediately for said order, and afterwards I received an email from you
to contact you in order to approve the order. Even during the telephone conversation for approval of the order,
I was not informed that the specific item ordered was not available, but nevertheless I was requested to
forward to you a photograph of my credit card and ID no.
Only after I sent a photograph, as requested for approval of order, I received your message stating that you do not
Have the requested item.
The purchasing experience I had with your company was not at all pleasant and resulted in great grief,
due to your belated message that you will not be able to deliver the requested item, for which I have already paid,
(which was to be a birthday present for my wife).
I wish to point out that I decided against purchasing the sunglasses in a local shop in Israel and now I'm left without
the specific type I agreed to purchase from you.
I have been offended from the improper procedure I experienced and urge you to make your utmost effort to deliver
the specific type I ordered, previously committed by you to supply.
I'm not prepared to consider changing to any different item.
In the event that you are not able to deliver, it will be only fair and I will expect additional compensation from you,
besides the refund of the amount already charged.

It was awful. TWO WEEKS after placing my order, I got an email saying the sunglasses were backordered for 2 weeks and to call if I wanted to wait. I called to say I'd like to wait and was told it would be over FOUR MONTHS, not two weeks. When I told the gal about the date in the email, she said "that's just what the emails say." It seemed very shady, as this is an older model of glasses that are no longer made.
Also, my credit card was charged as soon as I placed the order. Who charges before shipping, let alone if the product is backordered by more than 4 months? Needless to say, I'll find my sunglasses elsewhere.

I ordered these super funky Betsey Johnson glasses with a prescription, that I fell in love with, on the web site it states that with prescriptions I should allow max 2 and a half weeks it’s been more than a month and still no tracking #. Every time that I call I get the same RUDE women Samantha who tells me that they are still being ordered and that I just need to wait. PLEASE people if you are thinking of buying from this web site PLEASE DON’T. They are clearly just after the money and have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst online shopping experience ever!!!!! I ordered prescription glasses from them and they came in all scratched. It was a major Hassle to return the glasses to them and I am still waiting for a replacement which they say is back ordered for another month!!!! I am way beyond disappointed!!!!!!!! Stay away from this site is my best advise to anyone. I spent over $400 US dollars and am still to receive what I ordered. It would really be worth your while to pay a little more elsewhere. This Company is a big SCAM. BEWARE. You will neither get your product nor your money back. The glasses are not authentic at all. They are knock offs and not new. My two year old frames look way newer than the one which got shipped to me. BEWARE. All these positive comments you see, they put it themselves. i was charged 2 weeks before receiving the glasses. When i called they said they were on backorder, but then i received them in about 3 days.

I placed my order online with no issues. The next day, I received an e-mail indicating my credit card was declined. I called the merchant to clear the matter. They told me there was no issue with my credit card and they only sent the e-mail because they needed me to call them. The real issue was that they were unable to fill my prescription because it was too high (myopia) for them. When I asked why the site allowed me to enter my prescription information and continue the order when they could not fill it, I could not get a straight answer. I felt I had wasted my time because I visited several other merchants before settling on this one. I also did not appreciate receiving the deceptive e-mail about my credit card, especially when I knew the card was good. I would not recommend this merchant.

Have not received order 3 weeks after ordering. After two weeks of inquires, they informed me it was back ordered with the manufactor. Should have told me not in stock at the time the order was being placed!

The sunglasses that i was looking for it was in the site but it wasn't on the stock because was a descontinous model.
So if the PopularGlasses don't have a product on the stock they won't show it on the site to sell

I strongly discourage anyone out there from shopping at PopularGlasses. It was, without a doubt, the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I purchased a set of sunglasses that were marked as 60mm on the website, but had the next size up shipped to me instead. I called to complain, and they said that even though the size was listed, I should have called to confirm that their website was right, so they would not pay for return shipping!
I returned them and asked specifically if the 60mm was in stock. They said yes. The next day I called to inquire about my exchange and they said it would be another 2 weeks because it was now backordered. When I asked them to cancel because of their misrepresentation, they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee! Do not shop here -- pay the extra $10 and go with someplace reputable.

They offer great products but it takes so long for them to finally process the order and then ship it to you. The shipping doesn't take long, but now that I have had to return the defective product to exchange, it's going to be weeks before I get a new pair of glasses, and then I have to take them to the optical almost a whole month after my appointment to get the lenses put it. It's a great company with nice people working there, but the it's very slow.

My sunglasses arrived undamaged, but very, very dusty. I was suppose to received a ten dollar courtesy reduction that I was not given. I did not have any information available about the glsses and they were too wide for me. I recently had surgery so I have not done anything about the situation. If they are not able or willig to help me, I do not know if I will be able to do business with them again. I have to say I am very disappointed especially since they did not have two other glasses that I had selected and "settled for these". The representative on the phone was less than entergetic or interested in making a good sale. I had to keep asking a whole lot of questions. Thank for asking though.

I intially ordered some Chanel Frames and was told it would take 1-5 business to process my order. I didn't hear back so I contacted customer service, I was told that frame was out of stock and could re order something else. I had a different frame I liked so my new order was immediately processed and arrived on time. The only thing that would be better is if notification could be made right away if something was not in stock.
