I ordered a solar cover and was promised straps would be include. When I received my order there was no strap kit in the box. they also said there was a five year warranty. On the box it says four years. I feel like its a little bait and switch.

Dont order from them if you want delivery as described at purchase. They will tell you one thing and do another . I purchased a more expensive liner just so i could get it by a certain time as per them . Now in the course of one day they  gave me a latter date twice followed by a we dont know when you will get it . Now the truth comes out , hope the pool will be up eventually . The savings are not worth it . Use a trusted local pool company even if it costs a little more . On a good note the customer service was polite but that does me or you little good .

BUYER BEWRE!
I was told me shipment was delivered to the wrong address and would be redelivered. Two days latter no order. I was then told that my order fell off the back of the fedex truck and is now recovered so I will see it in 24 - 48 hours. 48 hours latter still nothing. I asked for a refund, still waiting. I guess that all these good feed backs are staged answers by the companies friends.  
If I help one person choose not to get scammed by this company then my job was done. 
Save yourself your hard earned CASH and buy from someone else......

I ordered a Jandy AquaPure 1400 Salt Purifier system. The good news, it arrived in 3 business days. The bad news is that it has a bad sensor and depute emailing and calling everyday for a week, I have yet to receive help from Pool Supply World! I bought a $900 system, it does not work, and they can't be bothered to contact me and resolve this! All it would take is to ship a new sensor to me and I will return the defective one.

I will never buy from PoolSupplyWorld again!

Our pool sweep stopped working so we needed a new one quickly.  Ordered one online from Pool Supply world.  Recieved a call it would ship the following Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon I got a call saying they didn't have any more and it would be a few weeks or more till mine came.  Of course i cancelled.  Very upset that they wasted so much time, so it will be even longer till i restart the process with someone else and get one in. obviously not a very well organized business.

Ordered a pump on a Tuesday. Why did I not receive a notice until late Friday that the shipping address had to be verified by phone? Slow service... Labor day weekend resulted in the verification not happening until Tuesday morning. I was told my pump would definitely be shipped that day but it didn't ship until thursday. That puts it at 9 days to ship from my order date and another week for shipping time. 16 days too long to be without a pump. Free expedited shipping was refused although the rep admitted they usually do verifications within 24 hours.
I am an investor and planned on replacing ten homes with these variable speed pumps. I will be shopping elsewhere.

From other reports, this seems to be a company that largely performs with smooth efficiency, but if you are a customer who is a recipient of one of their mistakes, expect the opposite.

I ordered a 10' X 15' Oval Solar Pool Cover and was shipped a 10' circular pool cover. OK, mistakes happen. When I notified them by email, they responded immediately that they were processing a replacement and exchange within 24-48 hours. However, after another 10 days and receiving five stalling, irrational e-mails, the only conclusion that I can reach is that their "customer support" people have been trained to wear people down until they hopefully go away.

I have filed with the BBB, since it looks like that does get their attention.

Unscrupulous company! I purchased a "new" heater from them and they sent me a used one in a country crock box.  After I sent it back, they had the nerve to charge a 10% stocking fee.

I called Pool Supply World looklng for a Gecko circuit board to replace the one in my spa. The picture at their web site looked exactly like the one I needed to replace, but fact is they aren't cheap for any spas and no one wants to buy one that just won't work. Customer service in a word was "Brad". He was very helpful, going as far as contacting Gecko a couple of times and researching the ID numbers on the board to be sure it would be the right one. (He even calls you back!!) My research says Pool Supply World has the best prices out there and I give them a five star ***** rating because of customer service people like Brad!!  .............many thanks............(from a real customer)     .......wayne

You all do an EXCELLENT job and should teach classes on customer service to other companies. The agent I spoke with yesterday was more than helpful and went, what I felt, was above and beyond what she had to do. Her name was Nicole and she is at ext 175. Nicole wasn't just friendly she actually took action while on the phone with me to resolve the issue and then called me later to let me know my issue had been resolved.
I have never been compelled to write an email like this and I hope it gets to the correct person (manager/supervisor) who can acknowledge what a wonderful job the customer service agents do at Pool Supply World.
Although I have not received my product and don’t know how satisfied I will be with it I would not hesitate to use your company again and I WILL tell everyone I know with a pool how incredibly helpful  you all have been.

I read all the reviews but had felt others I had dealt with were rated the same so I tried pool supply world and was amazed at how well the communication was and how fast I received my order. I received an e mail confirming every step of my order process and the sales rep I spoke with was very helpful.  i am very happy with my new pool heater and varible speed pool pump.

We have ordered from pool supply about 6 times now.  Each time its the same thing.  We order online, they ship the product we get it quick.  We have told a couple of our friends and they have had simliar experiences.  Its really great that we can order online and save a bunch of money on our pool and spa chemicals.  We have never had any issues and only great things to say.  We will continue to use this store for years to come.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! We have been trying to resolve a problem since the beginning of May. Our original order shipped fast but was missing an important part. After a very frustrating 2 weeks of trying to resolve the problem, we finally got the missing part. Unfortunately, while waiting for someone to return our call, our already drained pool caved in due to a storm, It is now ruined. We would like some kind of reimbursement. We can't get through to anyone, and the couple of times we have, they have listened to our problem and promised to return our call. It hasn't happened. After waiting on hold you get transferred to voice mail, which is useless because no one calls you back. Would never order from this company again and don't recommend it to anyone. Can't even tell you how frustrated we are with them.  Everyone with a similar experience needs to report them to the better business bureau so their rating can change.  I hate to see others have to go through this.

OMG!  THis website is the best. I bought spa parts that would have cost in excess of $600 at other sites (I am a comparaholic). I spent half that amount at Pool Suuply World.  Prices are outstanding and the spa parts were sent out the following day.  Can't ask for anything more.  I have this place bookmarked and will definitely shop here again.  Kudos Pool Suuply World Online!

The true measure of great service is not how a company provides day to day automated functions, but instead how they handle out of the ordinary or occasional issues that arise.  In my case an error somewhere caused my items to be cross shipped with another.  
Melanie and the others at Pool Supply were simply amazing in their support.  Not only did they call me pro-actively and notify me of the error before I even noticed it myself, they were checking on the phone and/or email each day until the replacements arrived and the old packages picked up.

I wanted the variable flow pump for my pool hopefully to reduce the electrical consumption.  Pool Supply World was one of the few companies that I spoke with that actually had useful information that I could use.  I spoke with Melanie to place my order.  It arrived in 5 days.  During shipping the pump housing was damaged.  I contacted Melanie and she sent me the information to return the pump at no charge to me.   The second pump arrived a week later with no problems.  I know the pump damage was not the fault of Pool Supply World, but Melanie took care of it with very little effort on my part.   I am very pleased by the service I recieved from Pool Supply World and must commend Melanie for the attention.  Next time I need parts for my pool or pool equipment, I will contact Melanie to see if she can help.  Thank You for the customer support and service that is getting harder to find.

Pool Supply World has always delivered on time, in good condition, and the price we just paid for our Polaris 9300 was amazing!!I have used them a few times and have always been very happy with their service.I have also called their Help Line and have always talked to great knowledgeable people, big thanks to Christian who helped me with our rebate for Polaris.Would highly recommend.

I would like to express the great customer support i received from Pool Supply World Online! I custom ordered a pool cover and with little experience they made sure i made the right measurements and the cover came in a timely fashion and fit perfect! All DIY's should not be afraid! As nervous as i was for the investment i was making, they made sure things were perfect and saved me $1,000 bucs! DIY installation was easy with the help of my Dad. (67yrs old). Great online website with helpful videos and knowledge ! 100% Happy Looking forward to future pool projects with Pool Supply World Online! Outstanding support provided by Christine and Pool Supply World. Ordered a replacement pump for my pool.  Christine was able to answer all my technical questions, and PSW had the best price on the pump I needed (Sta Rite 1.5 HP).  The ordering process was neat and simple.  The pump shipped the same day I ordered it and arrived exactly as scheduled.  I will definitely check with PSW on my next purchase, and will specifically ask to speak to Christine to help with my order.

I ordered last summer and the experience was great. The products arrived as described and were effective in our pool. It was nice that i didn't have to drive to the supply store and load/unload the products manually myself. I plan to place another order in a couple months.

I worked with Brad to find a valve for a Pentair Pump.  The pump is installed in Costa Rica and my husband gave me the information over the phone, and Brad was able to locate exactly what we needed.  He was great to work with, going out of his way to make sure he found the right part, and even e-mailed me the link to the product on your website so I would get it ordered correctly.  I will definitely shop with you again, and recommend your company to others.  It is so nice to have a friendly, thorough and successful customer service experience!  I expect we will need to contact Pool Supply World in the future and I am sure we will have another good experience ... especially if Brad picks up the phone!   Thank you!

I ordered a part from their website.  Paid for part.  Several days later, they cancelled the order.  Said the part was discontinued.  I ordered a different part.  Several days later they cancelled that order!  I am now two weeks into this job, waiting for one simple part.

Pool Supply World is our goto online source for pool supplies.  Large inventory from which to choose--especially for the harder-to-find items.  Customer Service is friendly and very professional in their advice.  Delivery of products was fast and well protected in the box.

The operator was friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the products.
The product was shipped the same day and recieved faster than expected. 
All materials and information were included in the delivery as promised.
Even called later to get advice on how to fill out the rebate information, and they stayed on with me until it was completed.
Very satisifed.

Horrible shopping experience, and I buy a lot online. This company ships incorrect items. Cheap generic crap is not what I paid for. I can get no response from the company, for over 3 months. I will never buy from poolsupplyworld again. Thank you for letting me rant - there are a lot of other pool supply cos. online - next time I will shop around more - that's my new years resolution.
