My only complaint was that there was a price increase with the dog food normally purchased and there was NO warning or email letting me know that the items increased in price prior to the purchase.

They always have what I want. The price is good and the service is very good. I have ordered this item for a number of years, and have never had a problem.

Ordering from the website is quick and easy. My only frustration is that for prescription food they have to contact the vet to verify the prescription before the order is processed which means the whole process takes longer. It would be better if there was a tracking system so that the vet clinics could provide prescriptions for up to a year in advance and you could get a reminder before the prescription runs out.

I use a DPO/APO address, so it take s a bit longer to get here as we are overseas, but the products always arrive as quickly as any mail does and in great condition.

The shipment was lightning fast; everything arrived safely and well packed. The dog jacket is beautiful - it is multifunctional (reversible and works in both rain and snow). My dog LOVES wearing it so obviously it is quite comfortable! The coat is easy to put on with velcro fasteners at the neck and belly. I also ordered dog treats that were listed online as soft and chewy but were hard and crunchy. My elderly dogs could not chew them so I returned them. The return was easy, hassle-free and the refund came immediately. Customer service has been VERY friendly and helpful every time I have contacted them. This is a gem of a pet company and I am delighted to have stumbled across them on the internet! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Just a rare mix-up and I was sent the wrong brand of food. Great customer service, arranged for free pick-up of the wrong product. I should have the correct product today.

I'd ordered from PetFoodDirect through Amazon before, which was more frustrating. Their own site was clear, easy to use, and they shipped very quickly. I only tried the site because of a great coupon but I much prefer their shipping to Amazon's!

The overall advertised discount that is advertised did not turn out to be a good value for their service. This is why I switched to another vendor and now I am saving on average of $12 per order. This adds up very quickly since I receive an order every week.

I ordered 3 different products. I received 2 correct ones, one incorrect. They shipped the wrong canned food, but quickly arranged for free pick-up, and a re-shipment of the correct food. The customer service rep was great. Very attentive and kind. In spite of that snafu, I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Buying the food was easy AND price was good. When I received the food, however - SEVERAL cans were bent. I always expect that there will be a can or two, but there must have been 12 cans that were all bent up. Clearly not enough padding around the cans during shipment. None of the cans were actually broken or leaking....but that seemed to be ENTIRELY LUCK, given the amount of distortion of some of the cans. I put yes, that I would shop there again - but not sure I would buy canned cat food from them again.
