I have been ordering off the Peter Glenn website for 3 years now and have not had one bad transaction.  Clothes have always come as ordered and on time.  I have had to return a jacket because it was two big, unfortunatley they did not have XS but it was no problem.  Great customer service!

My order shipped in 3 hours!  Looking for clothes for a family ski trip, they had everything we needed.  Placed the order in the morning and received an email a couple hours later that it had shipped.  Received everything in 2 days.  Couldn't be happier.

I had to return the boots. I just did this so I don't know how the return went. Good I hope.

Although the shoes were in great condition and arrived very quick, they were not the color as advertised. So, I had to pay to return them.

I thought it was fine, they had the items and sizes I wanted and the price was the best I found anyware, however, I was unsure that the order had gone through because at the same time I ordered these items I ordered from another vendor. The other vendor sent me an email confirm right away and informed me of the ship date immediately.I recieved their item within 2-3 days. While I recieved the item requested from Peter Glenn I didn't recieve a confirm right away and a number of days passed before I recieved the jacket. But the item was perfect and the price was wonderful. I would just suggest a more prompt confirm of purchase. I would happily shop at your site again... Nancy Hawkins

I found this website from a google search for a particular product. I purchased two of the items along with several other items to make my total higher to qualify for free shipping. I was notified AFTER my other items had already shipped that the two items I really wanted were "out of stock" and offered to cancel the order - but the other items had already shipped!! I never received a response to my email to the company. Now I have filler items, but the real items I needed, I don't have. The filler items were a good value and of good quality.

My experience was good, the only bad part was I had to schedule my day around the delivery of the fed ex man becuase I live in an apartment and if I'm not there they do not deliver. UPs would have been more convenient for me.

While the phone operators knew essentially nothing about the products (and shouldn't be used as experts in the fields of ski or snowboarding), they were very nice, and the product arrived even before promised (in excellent condition). Peter Glenn is a great resource for a wide variety of winter sports products. It's just a shame they can't be staffed by people who actually participate in these sports and use the products.

It was fine. Fedex delivered a day later than expected and left the package on a rainy porch.

The product that I ordered was correct on the packing slip inside the box for both model and size. However, the item in the box was the wrong size but the correct model. I have been busy and have not shipped the item back for replacement. I will do that at the beginning of next week. Thanks, PJ
