PersonalizationMall uses a neat trick. By personalizing the company can claim that they cannot accept returns for poorly made and misrepresented merchandise.
BAIT AND SWITCH: What I received looked NOTHING like the preview picture shown prior to placing my order.
I ordered black marble bookends. They arrived with big white teardrop shaped blobs on the fronts of both, completely defacing them. One blob was right in the middle of the "C" initial, so it doesn't even look like a "C."
Customer Service rep said the "imperfections are natural to all marble." They are NOT striations but like a corrosive liquid was splashed on them, only on the fronts. "Natural imperfections" would likely appear on fronts, backs, sides, and/or bottoms, but these ONLY appear on the fronts of both bookends.
They refused to replace them or issue a refund. So I have no bookends and am out the additional $15 required to ship them back to the company. They offered to return them to me, but they are HIDEOUS.
As other reviewers have stated, don't be fooled by the example pic of your finished product. What you receive might look nothing like the pic.

Horrible customer service. They don't talk to each other so no one is aware of what is going on with your purchase. Some of their products are made cheaply. Their shipping methods include the USPS but state it's through UPS-- unable to track package because they save a few dollars on unreliable shipping methods.
Don't purchase anything here that has a deadline like a wedding or birthday present because you won't get it on time.

I accidentally gave the wrong shipping address. I contacted the company as soon as I noticed the error, acknowledged it was my fault, and asked them to re-route my package (at my cost). They sent a form response, basically saying it was my mistake (which I already acknowledged) so too bad. Now my personalized items have been delivered to a complete stranger.

Products ordered were received quickly. Descriptions were accurate. I was actualy impressed with the quality of the child growth chart and the personalized t-shirt was what I would expect. I purposely am ordering personalized Christmas gifts early though to avoid the "holiday rush" and all that goes with that.

The only thing I did not like is I got notice that my items was shipped but when tracking, they didn't get it to UPS for 2 business days later. To me the item wasn't shipped when they said.

I ordered an expensive 16 x 20 print on canvas, a gift for my wife.
My photo was excellent...their print was dark and gloomy.
The green grass in my photo turned out black in their print.
When I complained to customer service they said it was not their fault and offered me a 30% discount on a future order. What good is a discount on a bad quality product?! I am very disappointed and would never purchase from them again!

Customer Service was horrible. Be careful when you check your order preview before you pay. I checked the spelling, date, and design. I did not pay attention to where the picture got cut off on the stickers I ordered. The neck and foot of the body image I ordered was cut off from the sticker. When I called customer service they said it was my fault. i didn't check it well enough. i would not recommend this company nor would i order from it again.

One of the Christmas gifts I ordered was a pair of shorts. I ordered an Adult Large size and when i recieved them in the mail-- the material was very cheap, and not only that the shorts were TINY as hell! They looked like they would fit a teen size small... NOT very impressed, and when i emailed them all I recieved was a response about their 'no return' policy. Ordered a few hundred dollars of frames and also ended up ordering a glass ornament. I chose the personalization to say "our family". In the review section it shows just what I wrote and on my receipt they put in my packing list it shows name: our family ... HOWEVER they printed "THE OUR FAMILY" when I emailed them asking for a replacement they responded by saying the word "the" is not removable and there's is nothing they are willing to do and refunds aren't an option since its personalized. I wrote back with a copy of my email confirmation and packing slip that does not show the word "the" & again they responded saying personalized items aren't refundable. WHAT THE HECK!!!!

They suck!!!!!!!! I had problems with my ornaments. The year was supposed to say 2011 and they came as 2022. I had to send them a photo of the ornaments—like I was lying about it. When spoke to the manger and she said she would have new ornament shipped out the next day. The ornaments did not arrive, so I called and another manger said there was a problem with production---they did not email me or call to let me know. They were supposed to call me back and I did not receive a call. I called today and she said she had to look further into it. After no call back for hours I called her THREE times she said they sent them out. The third time I called today I was disconnected by customer service rep (probably hung up on) and when I called back she must have recognized my number because she transferred me to the manager without speaking to me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I’m so glad I didn’t wait until December to order these as I give them as gifts and would not have had time to find replacements.

Ordered Easter gifts which included a front yard sign for granddaughters and daughter. Gifts made it but not the sign. Once the order had been placed a note was slipped on the bottom of the sign that it would ship separately. Did not arrive for Easter and still has not arrived. Complained to company but they will not take responsibility.

Horrible company. Daughter stationed in Afghanistan, she ordered her dad a gift. THEY misspelled his name and then told me that I would have to pay 70% of the original price (not even the lower after Christmas price) in order to get another one made. My daughter called on Christmas and luckily I didn't tell her about the error as she was VERY excited he got his gift. Don't know what to do when she comes home and her dad's name is spelled wrong. Horrible, rip off company. Save your money
