I do a lot of online ordering and I always get things sent by standard shipping. Orders get here right away usally within a week. I'm not sure why UPS spent over a week just to take it to the US Postal Service and then leaving the consumer wandering where and when I'll be recieving my order. A great web site, products and customer service won't help if you can't deliver your product in a timely manor.

I was very impressed with the level of knowledge the person I talked to had about the fixture I needed. The fixture had to match what I already had for under counter lighting and I was able to install it quickly and with no problem.

I placed an order online and had no problems but it took an extremely long time (compared to other orders I place online)for me to receive my item. I emailed them and received a response saying they were behind due to the Christmas holidays. Once shipped I received the item in a couple days. One side note, I was disappointed in the product because it was a set of 2 remote light switches but both are the same frequency so the second one is of no use to me. But I guess that is a manufactering problem.

I needed to return some parts of two of the orders I placed, they made this easy and smooth. I ordered the parts I then knew I needed through them, definitely an endorsement from my perspective.

I originally requested Tresco Flourescent (2700 Warm) Bulbs. However, customer rep informed me you did not have it. That is not your fault, Tresco is responsible. There customer service is dispicable. They tried to sell me LED'S at an inflated charge and did not respond to my email complaint. Therefore, I would never knowingly purchase any kind of lighting bearing there name. In today's world, one can not be assured where a product is coming from when online ordering is your only option and the product that I wanted and needed is no longer available. 4200 cool emit a noticable and glaring type of light much different than the 2700 Warm.

This was a second purchase at pegasus. Great pricing and good selection are why I returned, as well as excellent customer service.

I had looked at all the big box stores for this style light bulb. No one carried it. After going on line, I checked several web sites for the bulbs. Your site offered the bulbs at very reasonable prices. I was very pleased with the service I received.
