Ordered on a Friday. Sent email confirmation as requested, twice. No evidence that printer was shipped by Monday evening. Called and was told it would be released. No tracking info available on website. Order shipped email sent to me from a Office Nation....who is that? I ordered from PCNation. Email had tracking link which did not work. My login ID was not recognized at Office Nation. Need I go on???? Call on Wednesday was the only good thing. Shannon sent me a tracking link which worked. Rec'd printer on Thursday.

i have not received merchandise yet FedEx wouldn't leave without a signature so i paid to have merchandise shipped express for nothing there was no approximate delivery time on the tracking only approx day hope to get merchandise TODAY!!

Received earlier than expected

We were led to believe that we would receive it in 3 days; This did not happen! We waited for 3 more days then had to leave for a trip. Upon arriving home there were 2 "attempted to deliver" slips lying on our porch (it's a wonder they weren't blown away). However, we did receive the merchandise. Yes, I would shop here again, but would rethink the delivery.

I have received no communications from vendor as to status of order. They took the money out of my visa account 7 days ago and I haven't received any status update on the order as of yet.

While delivery speed was great, unfortunately what they don't tell you is that if you return a product for any reason, they will charge you a 15% "restocking fee," which if you purchase any significantly priced product can be a large amount of $. My return will cost $50. A TOTAL scam! Don't buy any products from PCNation unless you are 100% certain you want their product. Better yet, due to their poor customer service, don't buy anything from them and instead go with a reliable, customer service-oriented business all together.

This is a Sunday, The order was meant to be sent 3day delivery five days ago (4 Business days). I want my GPS. Now is it this merchants Fault if the USPS does not do its part ?? IF I get my GPS soon and in good condition I would not blame the merchant and use them again if/when the need arises. I still favor using USPS over other delivery systems because of past experience. The tracking said out for delivery 2 days ago !

Theexperience was mostly positive and the product is exactly what I wanted. The only concern I had was that as this was a technlogy product I don't often buy, PCNation representative stated I could not return the product unless it had been damaged in shipping or the product shipped was not the exact item ordered.

I am amazed at your efficiency.I ordered on Wed. and Fedx tried to deliver on Fri. but GPS is off by one mile on my residence. I called to tell them this after tracking reflected unable to locate. I called Fedx and gave specific directions and very pleasant lady said it would be Monday. To my surprise they delivered on Sat........two days earlier!!!!! Who needs the US Postal service when you and Fedx exceed expections by two days.Thank you-thank you-thanks
