TV was in stock when ordered, but showed as a backorder after the purchase. Used online chat on 4/4/12. Support person said item would be in stock in a few days. It's been 8 days and still waiting. I am thinking of canceling order.

While I've been waiting to get my laptop working my hard drive has been setting on back order since the 16th of march.

I haven't even opened the box yet so the ONLY thing iDID NOT like about the purchase was the shipping requirements. They required signature prior to deleivery. Ok i get it but they would not even allow me to sign receipt and instruct shipper where to leave package.

the shoppin cart stated the item "ships today", which is why I ordered it. Then i got an email that it was backordered and they had a hold for the amount on the credit card too. I think that is shady and I will never order from them again. Cant lie about inventory status that is unethical and they lost a great customer who buys a lot of stuff! (unbelievable!) oh and the customer service guy could care less that i wanted to cancel just took name etc and order was cancelled didnt ask anything about whats wrong etc. (Joke) im just ticked off cuz it wasted my time and a couple days lag in getting the product i wanted which was in stock somewhere else!

Not sure of condition of TV yet - we haven't opened it..The customer service was great. We had a promo code for free shipping that wasn't coming up when I checked out. I did a live chat right then and the agent took care of it. He was professional, courteous and very efficient. He assured me that he manually overrode the system and applied the discount. I was skeptical (had a very bad experience recently with another merchant). He did everything he said he would - took care of everything and all discounts were given without any hassles!!!! I will shop here in the future!!!!!

I paid for 2 day air deivery & I received the item on the 6th day. The tacking info never indicated air shipping. On the positive side pc express did refund my money. Beside all that UPS required a signature to receive item. This also caused a one day delay. Your shipping policy to be more definitive & customer friendly. thank you.. L Piehota

Their website was very easy to maneuver around to find what I was looking for. Comparing the price and the shipping, PC Connection were hands down the best value. There was a foul up on the shipping address and they caught up with the shipper and was only a day later than I was told.I am pleased with this company and will shop here again when I need more electronics.

Ordered 2 items. One came on time, the other after Christmas. Not acceptable.

Shopping experience was horrible. I ordered a product which they never shipped even after being on the phone with a customer service rep and when I asked for a replacedment they said they couldn't help me and that they made a mistake, but things like that happen.

Order never shipped. No communication regarding order other than the order was accepted.
