I recently purchased the Baffle Box Feather Bed from the Pacific Coast Feather online store and I have to say it was a good online shopping experience. The checkout process was quick and simple, and they even waved the shipping fee. Now that I have my feather bed pad, I can't imagine sleeping without it.  

I recently purchased two feather beds from Pacific. When they arrived, one was the wrong size. I sent it back, at my expense ($17.00 approx)requesting that it be exchanged. When It came back, the box was marked correctly for the new size, but it contained the same feather bed that I had just sent back. Then, as luck would have it, the feather bed that was the correct size apparently had only part of the feathers it should have contained. When I contacted the company, after some disagreement, they offered to replace it if I would return it to them at my expense. After my first experience with sending a feather bed back, I quickly realized that shipping cost could quickly exceed the value of the product. Instead of returning the item, I have elected to throw it out.

We recently spent the night at the Royal Hawaiian on Waikiki Beach. What a cool hotel! It was fitting that the pillows there were the most comfortable and luxurious I've experienced on this planet. I anxiously removed the case and protector to find where on earth these came from. It was Pacific Coast Feather Company. And now I can have some for my very own. Thank you Pacific Coast! I now sleep like a baby thanks to your wonderful pillows!

Shopping at Pacific Coast Feather was easy and efficient. I had placed an order for one pillow and decided to order another. After calling them up, the changed my order right away and it was delivered together with my original order. The customer rep was knowledgeable and friendly.
