This store is outstanding I have been purchasing items from them for the last few years. Each and every item has been delivered on time and each product description has been accurate. The Customer Service Department is excellent. My Wife had purchased an item for my boat last Nov as a Christmas present. Last week after getting the boat out of winter storage I went to install the item and it was broken. I called the manufacture and they told me to take it apart and try to fix it myself. I  called Overtone customer service and they replaced it with a in box new item and even shipped the replacement overnight with Saturday delivery this was a very heavy part.  Customer service like this is rare anymore and they went the extra mile.
