The quality of the chairs is much better than I expected. I prefer to see something in "person", however, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, timeliness, and how easy it was.

It really wasn't overstock.coms fault. They shipped the product as promised but fed ex list it. My gripe is that o won't send another until this one is found.

Amazingly, the coffee maker came the day after I ordered it. Did not expedite shipping...it just showed up. I was thrilled.

I unsubscribed from Overstock.com's mailing list yesterday due to the fact that they would send me multiple emails everyday. After I unsubscribed, they said it would take 10? business days to unsubscribe! WTH? Ok, I thought, i'll have to suffer through more annoying emails from them for awhile. Then, today after i loaded up my email, I had a new email from Overstock of course, but I also had 5 emails from spammers that I had never recieved prior to unsubscribing from Overstock's mailing list! They sold my email adress to spammers because I had unsubscribed. All this because I bought one item from their stupid, rediculously unorganized site. BE WARNED. DO NOT SHOP THERE!

I love the ability to shop online with a company that offers free shipping, quick shipping, hassle-free. Now, I always go to Overstock.com first when I need something -- possible an electric fireplace next if I get a good coupon! Thank you for everything

Color of item on website was not the same as product when received.

I actually received the mattress the day before expected and it took less time than suggested to expand. Very happy with service and product.

The experience was easy and there were lots of products to choose from. I was surprised at how quickly I received the item I ordered. I liked that!

Such a painless way to shop. This was an excellent shopping experience. The computer displays made selection very simple. The colors were true to those pictured on the internet. I would shop at Overstock again in a heartbeat!

First time trying Overstock.com...I ordered a coffee table and a week later recieved an email saying there was an "inventory error" and my item could not be shipped. Was very disappointed.

this order was fine and all received & in great condition as far as i can tell. won't know until i actually take the quilt out of package and inspect. last order, 2 of the 3 quilts were mfgr. defect with stitching coming out. so assuming this survey is for my last order??? you need to specify on survey which order.

I found the product I was looking for at a great price and received it earlier then expected. The product arrived in great shape and within an hour it was together and I was using it. Will look here in the future for anything I am in need of.

I'm a late xmas shopper and usually wait till the last minute. The selection was great and everything I was shopping for was available. Delivery was quick and I didn't have to spend a fortune in shipping to get it before x-mas. Overstock is a great shopping site.

I purchased a women's watch for my wife for Christmas. I have not received it yet. It has been two weeks. I did not get a tracking number on confirmation number that the watch was shipped. I inquired twice with Overstock.com but still have no clue as to when or if I will receive the watch. Not a good shopping experience.

I perused the site but did NOT give or authorize credit information for the sale. I notified them of this after receiving an email that merchandise was on its way. I notifed my credit card co. Overstock.com REFUSED TO HELP IN ANY WAY - LEFT ME IN A CHAT SESSION FOR MANY MINUTES WITHOUT REPLY AND IN THE END WOULD NOT CANCEL THE ORDER AND/OR CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. It was for an amount under $30 -- imagine if the charge was even more! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

UPDATE: CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACTED ME AND RESOLVED ISSUE SATISFACTORILY.

Product Details said Lenovo laptop Standard Memory was 4 GB; Maximum Memory of 8 GB.  A "Features" box at the bottom of the Product Details listing said "Computer Memory - 8 GB."  The listing certainly implied that the version they were selling had been upgraded to 8 GB of memory, in which case it was the best deal I could find on Black Friday.  Laptop received only has 4 GB of memory.  As far as I'm concerned, they advertised one product and shipped an inferior product.  They have offered to refund my money, but since the other Black Friday deals I passed on in favor of Overstock.com are over, I'm screwed. 

Got my panasonic BDT-220 in exactly 5 days shipped to india. The customer service, though a little over-friendly and cliche, does the job and kept me informed.

The topper was in good condition but the package was in very poor shape... It was falling apart and had A LOT of wide tape everywhere. It was a miracle that the merchandise was ok. I would think twice before ordering again for this company.

Everything was satisfactory. Trolley just a tad smaller than pictured, but is works. Also price came through about $30 than stated when I ordered.
