Ordered two Necky kayaks and some accessories. Was suppose to have received two Visa cards with purchase. Turns out that I was only eligible for one card and you needed to fill out a rebate form. None of this was conveyed on the web site. Also, one of the kayaks had minor damage from shipment. When I emailed customer service about this and another question, the damage was ignored. When I called customer service, I was told they could not help and was hung up on. Cheap prices, but pray you don't have any issues.

Great merchandise at a great place. Had e-mailed seller because my kayak was out of production. They helped me with sizing. One item fit and performed beautifully. The other item had to be exchanged, but process was simple. A follow-up phone call and new item should be on it's way. Am extremely pleased with the customer service I received.
