Orion is great. Their website is easy to use and follow. They allow payment either directly with credit cards or through PayPal. Having dealt with them before, if you need customer service or technical help, they are responsive and knowledgeable. The only problem I had with this order had nothing to do with Orion, but with UPS, as usual. I live in NY and Orion is in CA. My order shipped on Wednesday and was scheduled to deliver the next Wednesday. UPS had my order in NJ (about a 3 hour drive) on Saturday. Held it in NJ til Monday. Then got it here and gave it to the Post Office to deliver!!! But, that has nothing to do with Orion.
