I ordered my items and after a few days checked on then and they were listed as "shipped". Unfortunately UPS didn't know anything about them, so after 10 days I had to email and call to see what was going on. After 12 days I suddenly get a refund and no product and no information. I had to initiate a call to see why my order wasn't coming and then order a different item that was actually in stock at the Manufacturer, as my additional part was going to be back ordered to February. There was NOT enough communication as to what was going on with my order. The Status of the order should not be "shipping" if the parts haven't shipped.

In the past I have received exactly what I ordered and in timely fashion. However this order was not the same. First off after 5 days of inactivity of my order being shipped I finally called customer service to find out that my order was on backorder, both amplifier and subwoofer. I should have received a call or email when my order was placed to make me aware of this problem. Then when I was told to go back to website and find a comparable item and then call back and "we will see if in stock" I was not pleased. I should have been given options from customer service for replacements. Not have me find them myself. After finding in my opinion comparable replacements I was told that the comparable subwoofer could not be exchanged because of price difference. If I was told find comparable subwoofer I should have been given that subwoofer. What they actually meant is find a replacement that is the same price not comparable. Comparable to me means comparing specs of subwoofer not price. Finally I decided to be done and still purchased the amplifier and enclosure and found the exact subwoofer I was told on backorder with your company on amazon for 1.58 more including shipping. See to me I know what I want and when customer service is servicing the company more than the customer that is not customer service. Someone should have taken the time to give my options and make decision based on your options instead I had to make 3 total calls for a purchase. Next time I will just buy from amazon. Found all the same products for almost exact same price and never do I have to make a.phone call with amazon. They advise me right away if there is a problem and give me alternate options..

so far so good with onlinecar stereo. i read some of the reviews and can understand all the frustration. the sub and amp i bought worked perfectly and were brand new. the shipping time was excellent. the only complaint i have is the wiring kit i purchased was not good enough for a 1000w amp and the kit said 2000w for 50 bucks. the kit was from absolute and the installers at best buy said they didn't want to use it.

I placed order on line and paid with credit card. Acording to their web site the orders status showed paid and processing. After a Week of no change to the orders status and still having not received the item I received an email from them stating that the product was on back order and they refunded my money. After another week of still no product I called and cancelled the order. The customer service was very polite and helpful. All in all not a big deal. I Just wish that I would have been notified at the time I placed the order that the item was out of stock.

I ordered my product on 7/13/2011 and still have nor received it yet and keep being it is on back order. It has been 16 days and the order has not been shipped at this time. This unacceptable and if the product takes this long they need to do something about it.

We ordered our Apline Marine receiver, speakers, subwoofer, AMP, etc. from these guys. After we got through the red tape due to size of the order, we were informed the AMP was on order. We did get our order and to our disappointment the receiver was missing. Most upsetting was the fact they charged us for something that was not in the shipment (our receiver). All we received were the speakers.
I waited a few days to see if the receiver was coming under separate package as the packing slip stated. However, upon calling our rep person, I was informed the receiver was no longer available to them. He did issue a refund of the receiver amount without any fuss.
We ended up ordering the receiver and AMP from two other companies.
Now I must return one set of speakers due to my error in ordering and I am hoping the company will allow me to do an exchange and pay the difference for the speakers we need. Stay tuned.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Bad service! It has been 2 months since i first ordered $360 in subs and never recived them , its been 2 weeks since i requested a refund. I get put on hold for llong long periods of time. have been hung up on and this has been the Worst experince with an online retailer EVER!!!
