DO NOT USE OneWayFurniture!!! I can not say this more strongly. I ordered and received my purchase damaged SEVERAL TIMES!!! I allowed them to redeliver, because they refused to refund the payment. I ended up having to put in a claim with my credit card company. Scary bad company!!!

I ordered a bed on 11/2. On 11/12 I was sent an e-mail saying it was shipped. My credit card was charged on 11/13. When I tried to track the shipment, it kept showing as not having been picked up from the manufacturer. I told them I wanted to cancel the order and they told me I couldn't because it had shipped. I kept calling the shipping company and got the run around from them. I just called the shipping company again today and was told that the bed had still not been picked up from the manufacturer. Save yourself a collossal headache and ship elsewhere.

This place is bad. It so sad I feel bad for the people who actually do hard work there. I talked to some guy who was the manager, first off the man is a moron he is so rude he has no way with people. He kept treating me like I was not making sense but with a chipper attitude, very un professional and child like. I will never do business again. I canceled my order and had my two friends order elsewere just because of him. I could tell if something went wrong, no one would care to help. Sorry I don't normally do reviews but this had to get said STAY AWAY!!

I waited over a month to get a part I needed for my table from One way furniture. After calling and waiting. I finally decided to ask for a manager. Adrienne Bubins helped me get it in a week. I was really mad but I was happy to finally use my table.

The worst shopping experience of our Lives.
Very tricky web site.
We would tell you not to believe anything the web site says.
We feel they may say items are in stock, but actually they ship from manufaturer.
They will tell you they ship in 7 days, but actually ship in 4 weeks.
They offer very little customer service.
We learn quite a lesson here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! HORRIBLE!!!! I only wish I had read some of the reviews before choosing to purchase an entire office suite for an upscale office. It is such a joke that when you call the company, the first thing you hear is that they are "best furniture store on the web". Really?
We are missing an entire piece of furniture from the order. We have attempted to resolve this (order was over a month ago)but keep getting the "run around". They do not answer phones or seldom return calls. When you do actually speak to someone, they just keep putting you off.
We are now working on resolution via other means at the guidance of our corporate attorney.
Save yourself a headache, and spend your money elsewhere. Wish we had.

I ordered a bed in November, first they told me they would deliver by Jan 24.....then they changed it to Feb 10...then they changed it to Feb 17-24. It is Feb 28 and they still have not shipped this bed! I do not see how this store is rated with 5 stars!!!!!! I had to call them each time to check the status. They never sent an email.....or even notified me in anyway of the status change or the reason why....

This may be the single worst buying experience of my life! I ordered a reclining love seat on December 24 that arrived damaged on January 12. The frame was bent, the foot rests did not lock unless I stood up and pushed them with my hand, and one side tilted forward nearly dumping me on the floor when I tried to sit on it. I immediately reported the problems to oneway and now, a month later I still do not have a resolution from them. They have lied to me several times and misrepresented themselves and what they were doing to resolve the issue. For example, they told me I would have a replacement by February 8th at the latest. It is now February 10th and I just found out it has not even been shipped yet. They promised "white glove delivery" and sent a shipping company that had no experience moving furniture with a single man who was unable to maneuver it through the door and required my assistance to get it into my house. So many more problems I can't even begin to go into them. Stay away from this company.

I ordered a 36" dining table set on Friday, Jan 20. I received confirmation of shipping on Monday, Jan 23 and received the first carton on Wed. Jan 25. Because I had not received the other 2 cartons in the order and didn't have separate tracking numbers for them, I called customer service. It took a few minutes on hold, but I spoke to a customer representative who was able to quickly get the information for me. The remaining 2 cartons arrived the next day. The dining set was well-packaged, undamaged and complete. I assembly the table and charis and it looks great.
I have read some negative reviews regarding delivery and customer service, but my experience was excellent with timely delivery and repsonsive customer service. I would order from them again.

Had not rec'd word of shipping, so used online customer swervice chat at merchants website. CSR could not verify how or when shipment would leave for almost 10 minutes. Finally got name of freight company, which she spelled wrong so i could not find a website for them. got a correct website and calledthem. they were able to tell me which in state freight company would handle it which led me to local freight company. we are very rural and i was concerned about delivery being done by an out of state company that would get lost.

happened. was home all day, came out of garage & box was just dropped on ground. corners smashed & gouges on sides of box. corners of vanity top crushed. asked to lower price & keep. hubby was furniture repair tech. they want to have us re-install vanity top & keep the trash. wouldn't buy the last light bulb on earth from them.

I purchased a white, sturdy storage / toy box from One Way Furniture. This product was delivered more quickly than expected. (I was very pleased by that.) The description in "Specifications" was perfect. Although I needed an outside party (my son) to move this item to the correct room (still in the shipping box), and I had to have it assemble by my son, all went well. I absolutely LOVE tis product. Presently I have the matching desk and side table (all in white - all being used in "small office/den".) I will definitely consider this company when adding new furnitue to my home. Yes, I will recommend to others.

I found the site through Google images, just wanted to find a table quickly. This was perfect for my needs and at $69, a great price. I put it together myself but it wasn't difficult. I didn't have any intereaction with staff and there was no rebate involved.

The hutch wasn't damaged but it did have some paint that was scraped due to the corner of the packaging was torn up. The packaging should have been better. The backing provided with the hutch was simply white cardboard. We replaced it with some wood.

We purchased a Powell rustic wood TV stand listed at over 500 dollars supposedly on sale for 359. Once assembled it was clear the quality of the product was incredibly poor. The wood had a foul odor, pieces provided no proper fit, wood was warped and crooked and now together with all screws as tight as possbile, the stand is unstable and sits crooked. It looks like a cheap piece of junk you would expect to buy for 89.00 dollars at a discount store. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this product a minus 10. The return policy of one way furniture is not user friendly. There is an old saying that is oh so true....."Judge a company by its return policy." I have learned a hard but valuable lesson. To summarize:
