I generally like the products I buy from One step ahead, but this toy was unsatisfactory. the tree canopy falls off too easily for a child to use the toy. The monkeys are also very hard to hang. It is not a good toy for a youngster.

This company always stands behind what they sell. Their customer service is the best, and I always like dealing with them.

This was a suggestion for a Christmas gift for my three year old grandson. He uses the alarm each day and its clever design and wake up system work very well for keeping him in his bed until it is time for him to be up and about. This product reflects creative thinking and design. I am always happy to purchase a useful, creative gift for my loved ones.

On of my favorite sites to shop..great experience

Every time that I tried to order from them via phone or internet, there was a problem with their system- The web site could not handle accepting two gift cards.  When I called to place my order,  I was told to call back b/c their computers were down x3, the phone operator took my call, but I was hung up on.   I was told that their computer system couldn't accept 2 gift cards at the same time, which seems rediculous.  After speaking with a manager, she informed me that the Customer Service Department would have to call me back, but that she could go ahead and charge my card.  I was so frustrated that I threw away over $80 in gift cards.  I will never shop from them again.  The only positive is that the people that I spoke w/ over the phone were very polite. 

Very pleased with the product I purchased. I may purchase a few more pieces as the kids already have their castles and zoos filling up the table!

The costume size does run REALLY small compared to regular clothes. If I hadn't read the feedback from previous customers I would have had to send back the costume for a larger size. (it is a infant/toddler costume)

They have some unique items that are helpful and useful to us.

The sleep sack had to be returned because of sizing. What was ordered for a two year old toddler was large enough to fit a 7 or 8 year old girl. The return of the product was easy and the refund was expedited very quickly. Although I was not satisfied with this product, I will attempt of order from OSA again.

I have shopped at One Step Ahead in the past and I always received very great service and great quality products. I am happy that some things never change.

After ordering the size medium costume, I was worried that it would be too large, so I called customer service. The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful. Not only did she take the initiative to check and see what other customer reviews were commenting on the size, but she checked the inventory to see if there was any danger of running out of the size smalls at the time that I would need to do an exchange. I ended up having to exchange the costume for the smaller size, and that transaction was very smooth as well. It has been a very long time since I have had such good customer service experience. I have already told all my family members about onestepahead and I definitely plan to shop here again soon. Thank you for your focus on quality, not only for your products, but your employees as well.

I had fine service but I would not shop there anymore, as the return policey does not make it worth it for me.

One Step Ahead is not the cheapest, but they are worth the price difference in my opinion.
