I ordered several items from a couple of different online retailers recently, that included a pair of Martin Dingman loafers from OnTheFly.  The next week about 7 days later, all my other items arrived but not my shoes from OnTheFly.  When I called OnTheFly to see if there was a problem and they were just then shipping my order.  They did then overnight them to me, but I do not feel I should be forced to prod a retailer to get my order shipped.  Therefore, I am very disappointed with OnTheFly's service and will try in the future to avoid placing an order with them!
