RUN AND DO NOT BUY FROM OFFICEDESIGNS.COM. I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron chair from them. The chair I received did not have a warranty sticker or user information. I called them and they told me this is normal (This is obviously not "normal" because this is not my first Aeron chair). After I requested an exchange, they agreed. The exchanged chair does seem to be new but not brand new. I can not believe they even removed the label that saids "NOT TO BE REMOVED UNTIL DELIVERED TO THE CONSUMER" on the first chair I received. And then they charged me an extra $200 for this exchange. It shows that the company is being operated by unethical people. I paid over $800 for this Aeron chair and got a counterfeit. CONSUMER BEWARE.

ordering online was very easy. My order arrived when it was promised and in good condition. It was a good shopping experience.
