I order for our clinics. I find the site easy to use. Sometimes you are low on a particular size of nipple shield but I usually can combine types to reach the number I need. The product is great and we use them in all of our new mother nusing classes.

I have no complaints. I could not find what I was looking for at medela.com (I later found out the website I should have been searching was medelabreastfeedingus.com.) or at any stores. So I was thrilled when my search brought me to nurturecenter.com and I was able to get my replacement parts.

There is an unacceptable delay in delivery of the chair. It is a dutalier issue, not a nurture center issue, and they did offer alternative solutions. However their website was not accurate in stating delivery time, which is frustrating.

Even though part of my order was received incorrectly, they were quick to rectify the situation and complete my order as needed.

This was a very positive shopping experience. The product selection was very good. After I placed my order, a customer service representative called to confirm the specifics, as this was a custom order and could not be returned. I received the item today and am very pleased with the quality and fit.

The original shipment did not contain 2 of the diaper doubler packs I had ordered, but upon calling customer service, this was promptly requested, and I received my completed order within 2 days. I was pleased with the customer service and will order from this store again.

I ordered a rocker recliner with a swivel base from Nurture Center manufactured by Dutailier.  I received my order in September and am very, very pleased with my chair.  It is everything that I hoped it would be and more!  My experience with Nurture Center.com was very pleasant and processing was fast and easy.  I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good experience with online ordering.  In fact, I have ordered a second chair for my mother because she wanted one like mine!

My shopping experience was perfect. I received the ordered items quickly and in the expected condition. I actually received them sooner than I though I would.

My only complaint is that the delivery was delayed on account of the merchant's choice to hand deliver. I paid $10 for fed ex delivery since that was the least costly option and it's 3 days later and I've yet to receive my order. I live about 20 minutes from the store but I chose to have the product delivered since I'm caring for my newborn baby. Time is of the essence these days and unfortunately our schedule didn't match with the merchant's schedule.
