They were out of one item and called he t o notify me. She recommended and other item similar. Excellent customer service.

There was no form included on how / if they allow returns or exchanges. I called the company and the guy that answered the phone didnt know any of the answers. I could hear him pull away the phone and ask someone else and those answers were half answers at best. I had to send the item back for an exchange and still waiting for word of if it got back and what my options were. This company def. needs to work on this aspect of their business

Not sure - the shirt i purchased on line was listed at $9.99. When I received the shirt, the price tag attached said it was $6.99. Kind of disappointed the price was raised $3 on the internet. I would like to support Penn State but not if it their going to try and rip me off because I don't live in town.

I wasn't a fan of the overall experience. A week to pull my order and then it shipped on a day that they offered free shipping. If my products had shipped prior to the free shipping offer I can understand why I would be charged for shipping, but since they were offering a special on the day my products shipped I should be entitled to the special.
