Good except that the product's machine washing instructions are totally misleading. I washed and dried the mattress cover per the manufacturer instructions and it melted. Waste of money.

Ordered one item but received 2 items, guess I messed up on computer. Emailed and was told to mail the item back at my expense and I would be given a credit on my card.

The big problem I had was that I could not split the order and send it to two addresses. This is a big problem. I need some of the stuff myself and some needs to be sent to my daughter at college. If I had split the order, I would have lost the discount. So, I was just told I could not split orders.

They have an easy site to navigate and prompt delivery.

I found what I needed (somewhat specialized since we have a pillow-top mattress); they offered different depths for mattresses. Ordered and received quickly. No complaints.

I have been using their products for many years and am pleased with the quality and durability. One thing that was done in the past that I found particularly helpful was when small samples of the different materials were including in the catalog. I find it hard to know from the description exactly what I am ordering and I do prefer some fabrics over others.

I bought an inhaler spacer from this website because they do not require a prescription for it. One thing worth mentioning: If found via the Bing serach engine, a discount code is automatically populated during checkout. I figured this out when the spacer was listed at $10.49 when I went to the website directly, but a Bing search the day before had it showing as $8.92 at checkout. Of course, you can enter the code "BINGSHOP" no matter how you get there, and the discount will be applied.

As far as shipping: I didn't receive any notification that it was shipped, but when I went back to check on the order, I saw that it was ready to be delivered the next day (ordered on Saturday, delivered on Thursday), which is just fine.

I would most definitely shop with them again.

It was fine, but there were various prices that showed up on Google searches for the specific product. Some of them were lower than the actual price offered. Is this a vendor problem or a problem with the nature of search engines?
