I bought 4 earrings and all of them are not worth the money I paid for them. Very low quality items and the make is very flimsy, I am actually concerned that they will break so I will definitely return the items.

Excellent buying experience, bought an engagement ring and it arrived on time for a Valentines day proposal. the ring is beautiful and my fiancée absolutely loves it. she gets a lot of compliments. i did a lot of shopping around and they have by far the best value.

The bridal set we ordered was very low quality. we took it to several different jewelers because the small diamonds kept coming off of the ring. Both chain and independant jewelers have told us the ring is not good enough quality to actually wear every day without the diamonds falling out. That's not my opinion but that of multiple qualified jewelers. I put a more detailed review on the MyJewelryBox website but it was never posted.

I've never purchased jewelry online before and was very hesitant to do so. There's a customer service representative named Lee that made the process easy and pain free. He explained everything a person would need to know about diamonds, the cut, clarity, carat and color. After searching on the site for the perfect engagement ring, Lee processed my order and it arrived within days. My fiance loves the way it shines! I'm already searching through the site for a wedding ring. A+ service!

I ordered a Claddagh (traditional Celtic ring) with blue diamonds for my fiance for delivery by Christmas.

Pros: diamonds have nice color & overall setting is good.  

Cons: band is a little thin, concerned it will break. Also: we were shipped the wrong item (black dimaonds & wrong size) and it has taken almost 2 MONTHS to get the correct one!

Bottom line: if your budget is tight, they have good items for a fair price, but if anything goes wrong with the order, DO NOT expect them to move fast to correct it and expect to have to bug them to get it done.

Watch out for this company!!  After Ordering this ring I noticed a discrepancy between the carot weight advertised and the carot weight stated in stones info section.  So I called for an explanation and was treated rudely, the employee named lee swore multiple times (totally unprofessional), and only after I asked for a partial refund was I offered $15(what a joke).  They conveniently changed the stone weight stated on their website after i called.  Lets see .15+.15=.30 carots and before I called they stated the ring had .35 carots in black diamond and .15 carots in white diamonds and that = a 1/2 carot but the decription states the ring has 2/3ctw which = .66carots DUH!!   So which one is correct, who knows. Hmmm seems to me this company is fraudulent and who know what they say is true regarding their jewelry.  When your dealing with precious metals and gems you  expect to be taken seriously.  Dont be fooled by this company like I was and buy your jewelry from a reputable and honest jewelry dealer.

Orders usually arrive in about a week and the items is usually good value for the price. Once I had to return an item but the customer care team made the process pretty easy.

I always get good service from the customer service dept. when and If I need them. My only complaint with MJB is the way they ship their stuff in Canada. I don't know if they do the same in the U.S. or not but the driver leaves the jewelry on the porch when no one is home. It is out in plain sight and could be stolen very easily. I had a scare once, they told me it had been shipped a long time ago but I did not receive my package. So I thought someone stole it because they leave it on the porch all the time. Sometimes they only ring the bell once and by the time I get to the door (I'm old and I can't run to the door ) they have left it on the porch and are driving away. I was lucky that I finally did get the package, someone had the brains to put it in with Canada Post so it was in a locked box where I pick up my mail. I just think if they keep doing this one day someone is going to steal it. And when I called I felt like they probably thought I got it and was lying and I don't like feeling like that, I just wish they would make the buyers sign for it or leave it at our Canada Post. Sorry to write so much..

I never did a rebate of 10% which I was entitled to why? because whhenever I did it didn't accept it. Otherwise it's acceptable. I would like somehow whoever programs the computer to put in the coustomers who are supposed to receive % put in the systems! Susan (flashore@aol.com)
