Not any fault of theirs, but the shipping costs for something this large makes it impractical to return it if there is a problem other than damage in transit. My product did arrive slightly damaged, but not where it would show so I chose to keep it instead of go through the hoops of returning it. I will likely order elsewhere where there is either local support or less chance of incurring restocking and/or large shipping costs for a return.

I ordered two Alen A350 air purifiers from this company back in Feb. They had a special offering two replacement filters free with the purchase of two units. It's a $70 value for two filters, so its a nice incentive. Then this month when I went to change the filters - I realized we had not received them in the original order as promised.
I ordered two replacement filters, and on a whim asked if they could look into the two free filters we were offered back in Feb. It having been over 6 months, I had little hope that they would a.) believe me or b.) make good on the mistake.
I was shocked and delighted to receive an email back from the representative less than 24 hours later informing me that they would be sending me two additional filters at no extra charge.
these days the words customer service mean very little - and contacting them usually leaves you more dissatisfied and frustrated than you were when you called - but THIS was truely amazing and this company should be rewarded for its integrity and service. Their ordering process was simple and efficient. The order was processed quickly, I received quick email feedback on my order number and status. Even though the item was on back order, Web Stores America informed me quickly and once it arrived, I received delivery of my merchandise much quicker than I expected.

When I received my product, it was damaged in shipping, but I was able to easily navigate their website for a product return, and I received my replacement product within 3 days. All paperwork was handled by Web Stores America. I would definitely buy from them again, and recommend them to everyone.

I purchased a Sharp R1214 over-the-counter microwave around March 13, 2006. The price was good and the product arrived fairly quickly - within a week or two, but I was in the middle of gutting my kitchen and replacing drywall and the house was extremely dusty so I could not open the box. Today, June 7, 2006 I opened the box to get ready to install and the item was very badly damaged. I have written to Web Stores America and requested a replacement. I will update my Epinion after Web Stores responds to my email and I see how they handle this situation.

When I called about shipping dates they said they'd call back and they did. I ordered on line and received my merchandise earlier than they said I would. Their customer service was excellent, delivery fast, order was correct and I am very satisfied!

I was pleasantly surprised about my purchase. Web Stores confirmed availability, despite the fact the supplier was closed for inventory. They communicated the tracking number once shipped and responded to all of my e-mails. Great Place to shop. I wish they carried more home electronics, I would start buying from them. Pretty good, but just have bigger pictures on the website. Also, the price for one of the products was higher than at other merchants, but I purchased there because there was less shipping and the other product was a lower price.
