I have called a few times for questions regarding an order. Best customer service for online shopping!

I've been shopping @ Moosejaw for a few years now and like their rewards program and they do have competitive prices.

I have only ordered three different items from Moosejaw.  Unfortunately, I was very surprised at the cheap quality and construction of all of them.  So I sent two of them back ---at my expense.  (I had worn the third before realizing the inferiority of the product.)
Moosejaw service reps are extremely good at "witty repartee" but the company would do well to shift its focus to concentrate more on quality.  If the company is not able to guarantee quality in the products they sell, then they could at least offer customer compensation in the way of free returns, because, upon consideration of the products that I received, they will be getting a lot of returns.
Needless to say, but in summary, I'll shop elsewhere.  It is too expensive to order online, then pay for returns.  There are other companies who realize that free returns are a valuable customer service tool. 

merchandise selection is ok. Prices are not exceptionally better. Ease of online ordering is not fantastic but it does the job.

I ordered a Jacket from their website and had a terrible experience with their Supply Chain (Inventory) and Customer service.  It looks as though I'm not the only one after reading other reviews. After weeks without a notification as to my products shipment status I was informed that the order would not be fufiled and would be cancelled (due to unspecified supplier issues). I had to contact MooseJaw they did not contact me.

After many e-mails they finally changed the product's availability on their website. A few weeks later I checked again and it showed as in-stock. I ordered and again had to contact them only to find out that this order would also not be fufiled. They took no ownership for the issue and blamed the supplier. I do not understand how they can show a product as in stock if they cannot fufuil the order...not once but twice!

They did nothing to show they were urgently working with the supplier to resolve this issue. I ended up ordering from the supplier directly.

Avoid MooseJaw!

I loved my shopping experience with Moosejaw and am telling everyone I know. I was able to use points right away and earned a $51. in-store credit (that I've already spent and received!!)

this site is great. they are quick, funny and dependable. their customer service is impeccable and i'm always 100% satisfied every time i make a purchase.

I tried to purchase an item online, found a great price! When trying to place my order it wouldn't go through. Some type of error message came up there there system was down. Another thing that seemed odd was that i was not able to contact anyone on the 877 number. I treid again this morning my stuff was still in the cart!!!! When trying to go through the purchasing process noticed the price had gone up to original price. Call again finally got a hold of someone. I got a "sorry the sale is over".  Kinda relieved i didn't purchase anything for this company they just seem very shady!!!!

Awesome company to order from. All product shipped within two days of ordering. Website is very easy to navigate. They also have a very generous rewards program.

First time customer and last time customer!!! After tracking the items I paid for Fedex stated delivered. I never got the package! I called customer service and I was advised to wait a little longer! What do I have to wait for why can't they admit my items were delivered to the wrong address! I want my items or I at least give me my money back! I have ordered many things online, this company is the worst! I would not even recommend this company to my dog!!!

The only thing that I dislike is having to pay customs / duties at the US/Canadian border.

Bad customer service.  Misleading ads.  Rewards Points Are A Rip-Off.  The Customer Service Is Rude.  They Do Not Have A Very Good Selection.  They Pretend and Advertise Themselves To Be "The North Face Outlet".  Over All MooseJaw is a bad store with very little regard for their customers.  I will never shop there again.  I would never recommend them to a friend.  I would never trust my Credit Card with the scumbags that work there.  If You Know Whats Good For You, You Will Avoid This Site Like The Plague ---  You Have Been WARNED....  Use them at your OWN RISK...
