Was very pleased with the quality of the product and was a little worried about how it would work out by shipping a new vanity and mirrors to our residence. Again, we were very satisfied with the shipping and whole experience of purchasing this product from this company.

Very easy to order and was no hassle at all to deal with , will shop here again on the next stage of our reno.

I had a great experience with Modern Bathroom- the website is so comprehensive and easy to navigate, and everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgable in person and on the phone. I've already recommended MB to my friends.

At first I was weary of doing buisness with this place because of one or two negative online reviews. The truth is, I could not find a place (online or not) that could match the price/style of Modern Bathroom so I decided to give them a try.
My order came well packaged and nothing was damaged during transit. I am pleased with the quality and the minor issue I had was resovled with a quick phone call so I am feeling like a satisfyed customer.

We purchased the Uva bathtub from Modern Bath about a year ago and are very pleased!  Rob and everyone else at Modern Bath that we worked with were very courteous and responsive. The tub arrived well packed and on time.

The Uva is the focal point in our new bathroom.  It is very comfortable to sit in and easy to clean.  If I ever renovate another bathroom, I will definitely shop again with Modern Bathroom.

We highly recommend Modern Bathroom.  Their prices were reasonable, and the product we bought is great.

the set included 4 pieces.. 2 pieces were perfect..one wrong color picked for glass top and the medicine cabinet was cracked in shipping..but they person to whom i spoke was helpful..courteous and responsive about reshipping..hopefully replacement shipment will be satisfactory.

All I received was a confirmation that they received my order. I place the order on May 3, I had to call and follow up on the order. I called on May 16, and supposedly the vanity was goiong to be shipped on the 16th. The Linen Tower will be on back order for 6-8 more weekd.

I placed Order Number 13841 on 4/19/2011 but haven?t received any correspondence as to when it?s going to be shipped.

I've done a lot of online shopping, but I have never bought anything so expensive online.  I was extremely nervous about my order.  I ordered a double vanity with matching framed mirror, a toto eco-friendly toilet, and a dreamline shower door from modernbathroom.  Everything shipped on time and arrived in one piece.  I didn't automatically receive any tracking info, but when I called they gave me all the info I needed.  I felt that the prices were good for the quality of the products.  I would shop at this site again in the future and I would recommend it to my friends.

I ordered a bathroom vanity and was extremely happy with the quality, price and timely delivery. A nicely packed crate was delivered into my house. I shopped local bath showrooms and couldn't find as nice a cabinet that fit my space perfectly. I was concerned about not being able to see it in person but was pleasantly surprised at the high end quality. The finish is beautiful and the sink and faucet add to the custom look. We chose the glass counter top which looks great but is difficult to keep looking clean. Would chose a natural stone or marble next time.

Being a decorator I decorate and restore several houses a year. I have used numerous vanities, bathtubs, faucets, toilets and showers from them and I do not recognize the reviews here at all. I have dealt with them on more than 40 occasions and never had a problem. The opposite actually: I have always received my clients things on time, have always received great service and always been very pleased and even sometimes overly surprised at the quality of the products compared to the price. Having never written a review before, seeing this made me think that maybe some of their competitors are out for them, so I had to share my opinion and experience with all you epinions for once :)  All the best, Eva

I ordered a vanity in november of 2009 which was never delivered. I was obviously charged in full. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Modern bathroom provided a delivery slipped signed by me (forged signature of mine), and indicated that I did receive the item, refused it and therefore was not entitled to any refund. I therefore lost my dispute with my credit card. I then filed a complaint with the BBB. Martin Symes, owner of the company, lied to the BBB. He indicated that he didn't contest my credit card claim and that I had received full credit a long time ago. I have since made multiple attempts to contact this person, sent emails and faxes to no avail. As of October 2010, I still have not been refunded and will file a legal claim against this company.

Everything arrived on time and was beautiful. I was actually surprised how fast I got everything. I called my order in and the seemed knowledgable, so no coomplaints.

My vanity arrived over a month after I placed the order. I contacted MB on 3 different occasions, to inquire as to the status of my order. The initial attempt was via their customer service contact form on the website to which I received no response. I then called and was told (incorrectly) that the order would ship the next business day. It was only after the 3rd call (a week or so later) that my order was finally shipped. Apparently, the stated delivery times on their website are meaningless. I can understand if the product was not in stock, but they need to communicate with their customers and, apparently, tell the truth.

We purchased a vanity through Modern Bathrooms. The process was very easy but our first indication of problems to come was when a faucet we were interested in (while we were buying our vanity) was not unavailable to us because it was illegal to purchase new in California. The salesman offered to sell it to us under the table if we really wanted it but we said no since it wasn't that important to get and we really didn't want something illegal in our home. We later found out that the entire trap is illegal in California, which was confirmed by a plumber, and had to spend a great deal of time and money altering the vanity to make a legal one since the vanity could not be returned. Avoid this company at all costs! Their salespeople and products are untrustworthy.

Also note that if you call the customer service number, you will receive no help whatsoever.

After looking in many plumbing and home improvement stores, we found exactly what we wanted at modernbathroom.com. The shipping was timely and free and the vanity is an exquisite piece of furniture. We did the renovation ourselves and the bathroom looks great.

I used a discount code that I found online, the computer accepted the code; later I received a phone call explaining that I would not get the additional discount that the online store accepted???? Frustrating!

I probably will shop here again however, I was not happy that I had to pay unexpected high fees for returning the sink. I will be more aware next time. When you order an item like this online, it's not 100% certain it will work or the color is right. The color was not exactly right on the sink. Returning items like these is a turn-off for online buying.

The staff was very helpful and assisted us promptly when one of our products arrived damaged. We received a replacement piece within one business week. Very nice quality goods and the website and staff provided accurate information.

I was able to locate the items I needed quickly and easily. The items were also an excellant buy and a good price.
