They had what I needed, at a fair price and delivered on time.

The item was listed as "in-stock" but there was a five day delay in shipping because it wasn't "in-stock". Good thing I didn't need the phones right away.

I purchased the Polycom Soundstation 100 for my Dad. He is hard of hearing and finds regular phones/cell phones are not compatible with his hearing aid. The Polycom Soundstation 100 allows him to use the phone without removing his hearing aid. In addition, the voice quality is far superior to a regular phone. That has helped him understand conversations much better.

Home page is easy to navigate; smart Search engine helps! Easy to order and order tracking is comprehensive. Pricing is very aggressive. Would recommend for phone add-ons.

Ordering was easy and product arrived on time. I connected to this vendor through a ad link at pricegrabber and would have preferred they were a member of pricegrabber but otherwise had no complaints what so ever.

Generally good products and delivery time. Occasional delays in delivery.

Partially my fault as the shipping and billing address were different and they wouldn't approve but they told me to contact AMEX to add shipping as alternate address which I did. The answer me to say that it worked but eventually got tracking info. I ordered a refurbished phone but it was cosmetically poor. I did not realize that refurbished meant poor cosmetic condition even if it works fine. I took the guts out of their phone and put it in my old phone that was broken, so it looked better and worked the well.

Metrolinedirect was fine...the equipment itself isn't performing as well as I'd like. I need to work with it more before I form a final opinion.
