Website is easy to use. Customer service was outstanding. I received an email advising me that an item was out of stock (even though the website said they had it) and when I called the store, the guy put me on hold and walked out to the warehouse just to make sure. He confirmed it, but then offered to remove an item from a set just to ensure I received one as promised. I will absolutely use these folks again just because of their customer service. By the way, order was shipped next business day as promised and I received it within 2 days with just ground shipping.

On 23 November 2007 I purchased a 10 pc Emerilware and a 10" fry pan. Today is December 21, 2007 and it's still not arrive. I'll NEVER use this company even if they were giving away items for FREE.

I was so please with the product that I ordered a second one. Metro Kitchen was very professional and efficient.

I wish there had been better descriptions or pictures because the lids had different styled handles and rims around the lid itself, and I did not realize they would be different. No big, I suppose, but one is shaped so it fits on my mother's wall and the other is unwilling to hang up there with the rest of her collection. :-)

Looking to place another order, I sent an e-mail to customer service asking for dimensions. No reply was received. This suggests to me that this merchant is only o.k. where no personal service at all is needed.

I had an unexpected trip to take and I needed a case for my knives fast! There were a lot of sites out there but the shipping was expensive and it took two or more days to get product out of the warehouse! MetroKitchen.com shipped the next day for a VERY good price.
