I ordered back when they had live customer support (an actual phone number you could call and talk to someone). We had some issues with the shipping of the table/chairs we purchased, but nothing that couldn't get worked out. However, the promised 10% discount they offered for registering on their website for the first time was never applied. Over the past 4 months I have tried to reach them about this and in the process I noticed that they closed their call center and took the phone number off of their website. What a shame. I was looking forward to being a loyal customer after the great deal I got on the table/chairs. Now I just appreciate that I was able to order before they went down hill. They have completely ignored my last 5 emails, even the one where I said I would be happy to apply the discount towards a future purchase. Clearly they have completely abandoned any sense of good customer service. You would be very unwise to purchase through this company at this point.

we ordered furniture. supposed to recieve within 3 wks. at week two we get an email saying the piece is no longer available. called manufacturer and they told me that the piece we ordered (a $1200 CHAIR) was discontinued in 2006! Seven years ago! We cannot get anyone to return calls or emails. NO ONE ANSWERS CUSTOMER SERVICE phone number.. . we ave tried nite and day for over 2 weeks now. No refund was issued. Only received 1 of 2 packages. Unable to assemble trampoline. Have been trying to get response from Zoostores since January via phone and email and have not received a response. It is now the middle of April. I have been taken for over $300 and have no product!

I was searching for a new massage chair by Earthlite and got the best deal on Zoostores.com. With the discount code and no S/H, the price was less than the regular price after tax. Smooth order process and the delivery was very fast. It seems that their discount is available on their site or via email which helps especially if you are looking for a good deal on large item.

I placed an order in November 2012 for a clock. The site worked fine, so no complaints with the "shopping experience." However, after weeks of no delivery, I checked the status of my order through their site to find the estimated ship date had been bumped to January. Then, come January, it was bumped again by another few MONTHS.
I was frustrated with the lack of communication and not having received my item, so I opted to cancel my order. I did receive confirmation of my cancellation and a note that a refund had been "requested." That was on January 31, 2013. Today is April 16, 2013, nearly FOUR MONTHS later. Despite multiple additional attempts to contact them in both March and April, I have yet to receive my refund. They have had my money since November when I placed the order. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB in an attempt to get my money back as promised months ago.

Im very pleased with Zoostores.com. Its the first time I used this website, but am very pleased with the product i received from the company. It was also nice to go to a website that was very easy to navigate. It provided me with detailed description of the product and the pictures were clear and helpful. It was nice to see how people commented on the products. It arrived a week earlier than it said it was going to arrive, which was perfect timing, considering it was a gift for my son for his birthday, which was the following day. I also searched for the best price, and Zoostores.com beat everyone on the price because they provided me with free shipping. It is a 150 pound trampoline, which on all other websites they were charging 70 dollars to ship. So thank you so much for providing me with an awesome expeirence. I would highly recommend this site to my friends and family.

Ordered an Ashley furniture chair on 3/23 and the site said delivery in 7-10 days shipping. Called and was told the chair would ship on 4/5. Called on 4/8 and I'm told that there is a wait for Ashley furniture for one month and they are fulfilling February orders in April. I only learned this detail by calling in twice and being on hold for 30 minutes each time. The service rep said I will need to wait another month and maybe I'll receive the item.
I asked to cancel my order and receive a refund. The customer service person told me it would take 30 days to issue a refund. I requested to cancel the order anyways, and I'll dispute the payment through Paypal. I still haven't received any email confirmation that my order was cancelled, and I just received an email saying my order has been expedited to be shipped. This is the worst online purchasing experience I've had in 15 years. Buyer beware!

Pretty bad experience with zoostores for me. Ordered a chair on March 8th. Was told the chair would be shipped in 5-7 days. Got email the chair would be shipped on March 22nd. Got an email on March 22nd that "your order was due to ship today, but we dont have a tracking number. We just called warehouse to get it". On March 26th i sent an email asking about the status of my order. Got a response today: "we are working with the manufacturer on having your order shipped immediately". I've asked them to cancel my order. Will buy the same chair at Amazon for $50 more (10%) but no BS.

I got what I ordered and the outdoor wire table was exactly as it looked online. Generally very pleased. I did have to call because I couldn't tell from the photo if there was a bottom or it was open at the bottom. The answer is open. Very courteous service.

I had a fairly decent time with my Zoostores.com experience. They're nowhere near as low as Amazon.com, and the variety it okay. It took quite a while to ship my order, though. I'm not sure if my item wasn't in stock at the time or what. It did, however, arrive quickly once it was shipped out.

We TRIED TO PURCHASE a product from zoostores. The descriptoin of the product said the prodouct would be shipped in ONE day. We waited a few days for some type of confirmation that the product had been shipped. We confirmed that the funds were received. Each phone call was a series in finger pointing. We are not the manufacturer. You need to contact the manufacturer. We will get back to you (they never did). Waited a few more days. Still no shipment information. After a total of two weeks, and after making multiple phone calls and sending multiple emails, we were sumarily sent an email saying that our order had been cancelled. We are very dissapointed. I try not to write negative reviews, but this was part of a birthday present.

This is probably the worst etailer that I have dealt with. I ordered a platform bed from them and 6 weeks later still had not received it. I should of done my homework and read the reviews on this company and it's parent company Mercantila (has even worse reviews than Zoo Stores) and would have not bought from them. I returned for this item at a later date and discovered it was no longer listed. I was concerned about the availablility, so I decided to call a customer service representative. I liked the fact they were willing to speak to me over the phone so I would be clear on what I was ording. The shippment of the order took a little longer that anticipated but once I received notice that the order had been shipped, it came to me in a timely manner.

I placed an ordered (12/8/2012) for a $300.00 jewlery box which was to be delivered in ten days (12/21/2012). Called three times to see when it would be delivered. Each time was given a new tracking number. On 12/30/2012 decided to cancel order and demanded a refund. They said they would refund me or take 5% off the order if I can wait till March 2013. I said no. They said I should get my redund in three to ten days. Its Feb.20,2013 and I have not recieved a refund or credit to my credit card yet.

Ordered a bed from this company. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but only part of the bed was delivered. That was 3 weeks ago and I still don't have all of my bed. I have 11 tickets open with "customer support". I've been calling everyday to try and find out where the rest of my bed is. This is extremely annoying. I've had to wait up to 30 min to get a human on the phone. One time I hung up after waiting for over an hour (speaker phone) without anyone picking up.
When I can get someone on the phone they keep telling me somone will call me within 24 hrs. Again, it's been over 3 weeks and that call has yet to be made.
I finally contacted the manufacturer directly and in less than 12 hours, the issue has been resolved.
Still haven't received that phone call from Zoo Stores that was supposed to come within 24 hrs. They have my money, so I guess
the fact that I only got part of what I ordered isn't much of a concern for them.
My strong advice: Buy your stuff somewhere else.
