Prompt and efficient with good merchandise

The website stated it had my size but in reality They did not have the size specified on their website. They were most accommodating to try to find a alternate size for me.

Martin's has lovely customer service! I had purchased from Martin's before, and in this order, I got a handwritten note saying, "We love repeat customers!" The computer may generate a list of previous customers, but someone took the time to write the note, and I was impressed. One sometimes loses a sense of personal service in an online transaction, but not here! Martin's has the best selection of Alfred Dunner clothing of any site I've found . . . and I've looked. Their prices are competitive or better. The only problem is that their web site isn't easy to use. I have to search through each line to find what I'm looking for; I'd rather be able to shop for, say, Alfred Dunner cotton pants. The site isn't always up to date, either. I found two pairs of slacks that I would have liked to order; my size was listed as available until I tried putting them in my shopping cart. I've also found lines that are supposed to be on sale but the sale prices are not listed. Martin's always corrects this quickly when it is pointed out, but someone could be more on top of this. Nevertheless, I will shop at Martin's again without a doubt!

Martin's has the best selection of Alfred Dunner that I've found anywhere online. Their prices are no better, but not worse, than any other stores. I was very pleased with my purchase and I will be back. (Their web site isn't the easiest to use. It would be nice to be able to select a certain size or item and search all the Alfred Dunner lines rather than have to search through each of them.)

I had to call in order to track the package. Their e-mail did not take me directly to tracking the package. After being told to go directly to FedX.com & put the tracking number in, I had no problem. In the future I will know how to track their packages.

Shopping is fast and easy. The quality is 100%. Shipping is super fast.

The shoes I purchased were supposed to fit size 12-14 men's. My husband wears and 11.5 and has a wide fit, so I purchased a larger shoe in hopes that it would work. They are too narrow - although he can fit his foot in the shoe, there is not the normal amount of room one expects in Crocs. Unfortunately, there is no larger or wider sizes available, so we're hoping they'll stretch out with age. Other than the problem with the fit, the customer service and purchasing process met my expectations. Thanks -

We had searched all over the internet for my daughter's size in this shoe. They were the only ones that had the size and got them to us before school started.

They write a very nice note when they send you the product. There are many products to choose from I can't find elsewhere.
