On big ticket items ($1000 software), very deceptive.  MarketWarehouse published ad for items that look similar to other items of similar price, but deliberately "un-specified" important details such as software version from the description, and hid the version from view from outside of the box.  When version mismatch was discovered, mechant refused to take return saying box was opened (though I couldn't tell the version was wrong until  I opened the box).
What this merchent did was to obfuscate details on some expensive software, so he could unload something worthless for an expensive price.  He may have good ratingins, but if you notice, they are all small dollar items.  On really big ticket items, this merchant will deceitfully mis-represent to you, create confusion, and take your money.  

Market Warehouse, Inc. - specially Lori - did  a great job on processing the order and shipping the product in the scheduled and promised fashion. I can recommend the company and I'd like to appreciate again the outstanding service. The product works just fine!

Wow! These guys are great! I got a Seagate 160 G hard drive for $176 and it arrived just three days after I ordered it. The only other place that had a lower place was newegg.com, but it was only $4 and they were out of stock. I needed the drive asap so I ordered from Market Warehouse, but I'm glad I did as I now know of another great company to buy techie stuff from. Newegg does have them back in stock as of 1/25/07 and it's a great deal, but I actually have my HD in my hot little hands right now and I had no idea of when newegg would get new inventory.

I ordered a Video Editing program and received it at my door 41 hours after it was picked up at Market Warehouse. Excellent, prompt, efficient service. The item cleared customs and even after I paid the duty, I still saved over $130.00. Great prices and very nice to deal with on the phone as well. Definately 5 star in my books and will order again.

The price was good and the delivery was impressive. I placed my order Sunday evening and got the item Tuesday afternoon, paying just the regular shipping cost.

Ordered a toner cartridge as the printer message showed "low" toner. Received it fairly quick. When the printer showed "empty" which was 3 weeks I opened the cartridge and there was toner everywhere. Called and they will not warranty outside 14 days even if defective. Told me to call Minolta and see if they could help. Did not even have the phone number. Will never order from them again.

The enroute tracking was not functional. One pan out of the set was dented out of the box. I contacted the company twice by email & fax. I have yet to receive a response.

The product was not as stated. It can run all day and barely get anything worn. If the seal was broken on the box, the product could not be returned unless it was defective. It wasn't defective, but it wasn't what I wanted or what the write-up said it was. I will NEVER buy from these people again.

Allow me to rave about Market Warehouse. If you are fed up with lousy customer service, Market Warehouse is the solution. I almost walked away from this on-line buying experiment. Market Warehouse has truly restore my hope. In my contacts with them, I really felt like they cared about my satisfaction.
I messed up on my order (Mid-night pacific time). I left a message. They contacted me at 7:30, to assure me that everything was taken care of. No rudeness, no snooty condescension, just an understanding and polite operator. That's impressive.
So, I decided, MW's prices are significantly lower, customer service is great. I'm sold. And, if this opinion can steer one other person to MW and away from broken companies that take their customers for granted, then writing it was well worth the time.

MarketWarehouse.com's prices for authentic printer inks is very hard to beat! Most other stores sell "compatible" inks that can actually harm my expensive printer. I don't want to take the chance of saving a few bucks only to clog up my Xerox Phaser 860 printer! No way! This store has a great price for authentic Xerox brand ink for my printer and they often ship the product the very same day! You can't beat such great service and value!
