I chose this site initially because it had the lowest price on the item I wanted, but it was very easy to navigate and I received my item very quickly.

quick & easy

This time, there was no confusion about my military address; last time the order was transferred to government sales and had to be cancelled because I couldn't produce a government purchase order for the (personal) transaction. No problem like that this time.

I use MacConnection because of its excellent search interface.

The questions asked does not reflect your tardyness or missfortunes that may occur.mac connection has a chain of stores that they rely on. Follow up on the particular merchant should be your responsibility not the cosummer.

They failed to explain in the item description, that it cannot be used with Macbooks manufactured prior to 2011, so now I am stuck with a useless and very expensive monitor!

The draw of amazon is the large number of products they carry across many different areas of consumption. You company had the lowest price so, so I went with MacConnect.

I have been shopping with MacConnection regularly since 1992 and each experience has been a good one.

I thought it odd that I found the best price for a Windows tablet at a Mac store. Apparently the listed an item from another company. So any assurances by MacConnection meant nothing. Nowhere did they tell me that I was making the purchase from a differnt company. The tablet does not work with my wireless system. The people at IBM can't figure it out. It's being returned tomorrow. I was most disappointed.

Great price and fast delivery.

They promised me same day shipping and even sent ma an email that the product shipped. Then I discovered that the product had not shipped and was not scheduled to ship! A total of 5 days elapsed before they shipped it.

Item shipped very quickly actually faster than UPS delivery tracking date so it sat on the front porch unattended for 3 days while we were gone for Thanksgiving break, not the vendors error, just UPS efficiency for once. Mac Connection answered my email and shipped quickly excellent vendor.

Product has not arrived yet.

I would like an obvious way to require a signature for delivery. Both deliveries were left outside the house. That makes me wonder what would have happened if they were stolen before I had a chance to bring them inside.

fast and easy with excellent shipping

Not a great experience from this retailer. I ordered a large order from NewEgg but they didn't carry the screen I wanted. Mac Connection had the screen at a good price. I ordered on Saturday to allow 5 days deliver (I needed it by eod Friday).
Monday evening I get a voicemail message (not an email??) saying I need to call them back. I did first thing tuesday and was asked a number of questions for "fraud prevention". I had to supply my work email as I didn't have a land line telephone. How my work email is more valid than my personal email I do not know? Anway I was assured that it would all go through and I'd get the items by friday. I was bordering on cancelling and paying a little extra to get it via Amazon but resisted. My mistake.
Get a tracking number the next day and it says it will deliver next Monday. Meanwhile my NewEgg order just arrived on their standard shipping (today is the Weds).
