Cheapest price I could find on the cologne I ordered. Received my purchase within the 5 days as stated (placed order on Sunday,wendnesday was a holiday, was delivered on Friday.) Product was in excellent condition when delivered. With the price being so cheap, I was a little worried that the cologne might be old, or not smell right/ not last long, but it was great. Same quality as if purchased from Macys'.Overall, it was a wonderful shopping experience. Would highly recommend this merchant to anyone looking for great quality at a great price. I was hesitant to place an order with all the negative reviews I read regarding ordering frangrances online with the different competing companies. LuxuryPerfume received the best feeback/reviews hence my reasons for ordering with them. I will admit I had concerns over whether the scents would be authentic (prior to ordering). So far the scents seem authentic.... I would also like to note that their pricing was fairly competitive with other competing web sites - even eBay. Overall a very satisfied customer and would definitely reccommend this company to my friends.

i received everything i ordered in great condition but i was getting a little concerned that i wasn't going to receive it. i ordered on the first of the month and i didin't receive it until the 13th. the last time i ordered from your company i received my merchandise within a few days. i am still very satisfied with my purchase. i had a little trouble with trying to track my orderas to when i would receive my merchandise. thank you.

Your ad said free shipping, no limit. However when I checked out, shipping was added. When I called to question this, I was told that I included a coupon code, which invalidated the free shipping and instead got a 1.87 discount. Since I had no coupon code, I was confused and felt your ad was very misleading. I also included a question in my order as to where to buy the perfume in my area and it was not acknowledged.

God experience and nice web design

I ordered this perfume twice and both times and about 1 to 1 1/2 weeks later I get an e-mail saying it is out of stock. I tried calling them to check on the status a couple times and could not get anyone to answer the phone. I could only leave messages that went unanswered. I also e-mailed them and did not get a response until they told me that they were out of stock.

Shipping was high for 2 day shipping but great shopping experience and received products well wrapped and in great condition.

I always find what I'm looking for and receive it on time... Good experience!!

After recieving e-mails confirming that thew order had been recieved and sent, I then recieved an e-mail that they had cancelled the order be cause the prosduct was now not in stock and unavailable until after Christmas! I have not seen the refund on my account yet, a week later! I was easily able to obtain item from another site. I will not be using this site again as there are many out there are more dependable!

They took ten days to tell me that they did not have the items I purchased in stock, and they charged me for the order when I first purchased it. This is the second time this has happened, and the re-imbursement took forever to go back in my account. I still have not recieved the second one. I do not appreciate the unproffessional way they treat purchases, and I will not be buying from them again.
