Horrendous experience.  Bought a wedding gift for a friend.  Wedding was in April, purchased the item at least a month early.  Got a notice that the item wouldn't be shipped until May.  Ok, no big deal.  Then in June, I received 2 separate phone calls from different people at Lumens about my order, asking me if I still wanted the item and saying that they would ship it. Then I got an email that had a different person's name in the Dear ___ line and a different product listed, saying that that product would be delivered to an address that I didn't recognize.  I didn't have time to deal with it and just assumed that the store had somehow sent me someone else's confirmation email, which is probably what happened.  Then in AUGUST, my friend called me to let me know that she just received the gift!  I had thought she received it in June.

We ordered, online with Lumens,  trims for Contrast recessed lights on a Friday, we got the product on the following Monday. Everything was good except one trim element was defective, so we called Lumens and spoke with Gustin who was extremely professional and immediately had a replacement unit sent to us.  The service was great and prompt.  We definitely recommend this company to our friends
