Horrible.  Ordered items on 3/12/2013.  The WRONG items arrived on 3/21/2013.  Am now being told it will be 4/8/2013 before the correct items are received.  Customer service is pityfully slow and impersonal - they have no sense of urgency or desire to correct their errors.  Never buying from them again.

Abysmal!! Didn't get the product I ordered (3 3/4" select maple flooring) and then was told it was never available despite an e-mail confirmation of my origional order. The 3 3/8" product that did arrive was so variable in width that the installer had to recut almost 1/2 of it. I also prepaid for curbside delivery and the carrier (FedEx freight) was unable to unload the truck to get it to the curb despite them calling me beforehand to determine if I needed a lift gate delivery vehicle which I said I did. I had a rented Lull on site and if it weren't for this the floooring (all 2600 lbs of it)would have had to be unloaded by hand which would have taken several hours. Calls to customer service were handled very politely but they were unable to do anything about the delivery charge or the poor product. I will never use Lumber Liquidators again. John DeCaprio

we're still looking at various flooring options, buut LL is still in our possible list.

I was disappointed at the limited choices for low to moderately priced quality flooring. The ones most would love to buy were no different in the higher prices. The store that was located around Atlanta was a hole in the wall, if you were fortunate enough to even find it! Not the setup you would expect, after the commercials on TV!!

Excellent product, excellent service, article arrived sooner than expected. Great source!!!
