"This company is a joke.Ordered luggage set and a matching garment bag for my wife for our upcoming trip to Paris.After conferming the order recieved e-mail saying luggage was out of stock but garment bag was on its way.Now what! charcoal garment bag on its way,with no matching luggage.Called company got a recording after a few trys...ahhh a live person,told me that that set came in brown,with charcoal trim....great DONE DEAL...RIGHT....WRONG...after checking it was in stock,got an e-mail 2 days later it was not availible...Well trip is 1 week away and have to sramble for a luggage set....poor customer service is a compliment for ths company

Super fast shipping and free! I ordered a rolling leather laptop case on Feb 7th & received it on Feb 9th. I am very pleased with the quality of the case. I also had a bit of difficulty checking out using PayPal and missed the sale cut off time by a minute. I emailed them and they responded back in a couple hours and reimbursed me for the difference. I highly recommend this merchant.

We bought two travel pro 5's and the service was fantastic, both before, during and after the sale, we had a problem with one of the cases and it was promptly handled, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a GREAT company who believes in customer service,
