I like to shop at LucyVitamin, I do comparison shop for prices and have noticed that your prices recently went up. I did find the same items on another website slight cheaper and did order. I will still continue to shop and compare prices at Luckyvitamain and if you have the better deal, I will order thru you. I have never had any issues with orders and I also received what I ordered in a timely manner and the order is ALWAYS ALWAYS complete and correct. Product selection is very good. Website speed is ridiculously slow. Annoying. I live less than 15 miles from the shipping site and it takes 6 days for me to receive my order!

I am a canadian custumer. Unfortunatelly, my order was not accepted at the border and was shiped back to the mercnaht in the US. The merchant refound me automatically the price of the purshase(that is how I learded about the return) and, once I've called to have more info, the custumer service representative on the phone even refund me the shipping fees. I'm pleased with how Lycky Vitamin handle this unfortunate situation and hope that I'll be able to purshase from their web site again. I still don't know if their is a product in my order that is not allowed in Canada or what other reason can explain why my parcel was not allowed to get to me. I had read about a cleanse amino acid, I have shopped Lucky Vitamin before, and checked to see if they carried the cleanse. The product info mentioned that the cleanse could deplete minerals as well as toxins and vitamins should be taken too. I ordered both and am a happy customer.

I ordered 6 pro-rite bottles on 12 January 2013. I received two and this announcement, "At this time your order has backordered item(s) on it. After several notifications that ProRite was backordered, LuckyVitamin cancelled the order on 14 March 2013, two months later. I visited their website and saw that they do have Pro-Rite in stock, but at a higher price. I feel betrayed and lied to. The item is in stock, just at a higher price.
