I ordered a sterling silver class ring for my daughter -
LADIES STERLING SILVER ANTIQUED TRADITIONAL OVAL STONE CLASS RING

Their prices were really good --- too good to be true. The ring's etching was shallow and difficult to read. It was very light and not substantial. It felt like tin. It turned out to be not sterling silver (even though it's marked .925) because my daughter's skin on her finger started to get a bad reaction to it since she's allergic to other metals other than sterling and gold. We got a magnet and the ring did stick to the magnet, which is an indicator that it's not sterling silver. The ring was made in China.

Before you purchase from this company please go back and read the reviews on Yahoo.  Their website and company has a complete disconnect with reality and what they post as satisfied customers.  do not be fooled by their reviews on their website ...

Limoges has terrible customer service and I would not order from them again. I ordered an engraved item off their website, which it said usually ships within 48 hours. I expected the item to arrive in the 48 hours plus USPS shipping time. 10 days after placing my order, the item had still not shipped. I was leaving my home address on vacation and called asking if the shipping address could be changed to where I was going on vacation. The customer service people lied to me, saying the item would arrive the next day, which would be impossible considering it had not shipped yet; then they explained because the customer service was outsourced, they had no ability to contact the warehouse/factory and so the shipping address could not be changed, even though the item had not been shipped yet. This was a very bad experience with a company that clearly does not care about customer service or satisfaction. I would discourage anyone from ordering from them.

I went shopping here for a ring for myself. I wanted one that I could get the names of my daughters on. They've got so many - the selection is really wide and I can't find anything for a better price. I ordered a sterling silver ring with birthstones. I don't know exactly how long it took for the ring to arrive, but I read it would be a couple weeks, and that sounds about right. I didn't have to deal with customer service, because when I got the ring it looked and felt perfect! They also gave me a coupon just for signing up for the newsletter. I would recommend Limoge to anybody. Next time I'll look for a sterling silver necklace to match my ring.

I have been shopping online w/ Limoges for several years. I have never experienced a problem w/ my purchases. Even when I have had a question about something after my purchase - they always respond to me w/ professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I ordered a birthday gift for my mother on 12/28/10. I called and emailed asking where it was on 1/26, 1/31, 2/3 and 2/11 and was given different possible delivery dates each time. On 2/14 I called AGAIN and was told that I had returned it because I "changed my mind"!!! How could I have returned or changed my mind about something that I never even saw? I spoke to a "supervisor", one of many whom you can hardly understand. I was told they would re-send it because the card I used was a Visa gift card I no longer had and I did IN FACT WANT MY PURCHASE! She said they would re-send it. On 2/15 I received an email stating that card was credited and when I called yet AGAIN I was told by the "supervisor" that they couldn't do anything for me!!! I contacted the BBB TODAY! Do not order from them. There are so many negative comments on Bizrate, yahoo and google that I'm amazed these people are still in business!

Horrible experience!  The ring I ordered came quickly..until I opened the box.  They sent the WRONG one!!!  I paid $18 for expedited shipping because I needed the ring for a specific date...I have emailed and called the company...The website states that they are available 24 hrs. via email;  No one has responded to my emails;  Website also states that customer service is available until 9:00 pm.  I began calling at 8:00 pm the day I received the incorrect ring...No one answered;  I finally reached someone during the day...and spoke to a supervisor...She said I had to wait for a call from Corporate.  I am still waiting...They have very poor customer service;  Without that, a company is nothing.

I purchased a personalized mother's bracelet last Christmas and the names of the grandchildren were so small you needed a magnifying to see them. It also took an extraordinary amount of time to deliver and arrived a day after Christmas.  That bracelet I sent back.  This year, I ordered a mother's necklace, with my mother-in-law's birthstone at the top and the charms of her grandchildren on the bottom.  It was delivered with the charm at the top facing the opposite way as the grandchildren's charms.  A simple glance at the necklace before shipping would have saved me the headache of having to have it replaced.  It is more than two weeks before Christmas and the company won't rush delivery of what they screwed up.  So for a second Christmas, my mother-in-law will not receive her gift on time.  VERY POOR QUALITY JEWELRY!! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, unless you are a very patient person with low standards.

My son bought me a Mother's Day necklace from this store. He paid with his credit card. Despite proof of payment, the store insisted he did not pay and demanded a second full payment. We spoke with Rhonda from customer service and a number of "supervisors". We spoke mostly to Ray.They stated over the phone numerous times that we had submitted proof of payment and the case was closed, then we'd receive another letter demanding payment in full. Very long story short,my son's name was given to a collection agency. We contacted a lawyer. The collection agency dropped its case and so did Limoges. Only shop here if you have a very good lawyer.

I am mostly satisfied with my ring. The stones are definatley smaller than I imagined from the enlarged image on the website. Also, it does have one sharp angle that is constantly catching on things. The inscriptions look fine but some people need a magnifying glass to read them!

Shipping took exactly how long they stated it would, although I would have preferred they had more detailed online tracking. The only tracking I saw were one of two options - in process or shipping and there was no tracking number with the shipping provider.

Overall, I am happy with my ring. You get what you pay for, it was cheaper than other online stores so I wasn't expecting perfection and that is exactly what I received.

Avoid them at any cost for personalized jewelry. They sent me a scratched ring and then after I sent it back, they kept saying that they had not received it and are playing games back and forth instead of giving me a refund. I even sent them the confirmation number from USPS (thank God we did that!) and they want a physical copy of it now. Their customer service is horrendous and I will never attempt buying from them again. I have opened a dispute via paypal.
