I would not recommend using this company. I ordered an expensive light fixture and the UPS delivery man suggested I refuse the package because he heard broken glass. I called the company and they "supposedly" sent a new fixture out. They assured me that the manufacture would add extra packing.
We were not at home when it arrived but when we opened the second package all the globes were broken. When I called customer service they acted like this was a normal occurrence, and told me the manufacturer would not take the item back. Instead they are sending out replacement globes. Upon checking the package vs. the assembly drawing I am missing pieces. I called UPS and was informed if a package was opened they could not take it back so I'm stuck.
They were supposed to credit my card for the first fixture but have not done so and it's been over a week.
Do not buy anything from this rip off company!!!

One of the fixtures had to be replaced. The electrician hung it & then found some 'internal' wiring problem ...it wouldn't light. I called your center & a new fixture was sent out ...timely. It's now up and working fine.

I decided to order from Lightingshowplace.com (also known as kichlerstore.com) because it was listed as a recommended online dealer on the Kichler website. I ordered a Kichler chandelier and it arrived within 4 days. It was in very good condition and worked well once installed. Surprisingly, 2 days later a duplicate order arrived at my house. I called customer service and was helped promptly by a pleasant and apologetic service rep. She said she would authorize a return, and within a week I received a prepaid mailing label. I returned the duplicate item at a Mailhouse Plus store located minutes from my house. A slight hassle, but not a big problem. I checked my credit card account and was never charged for the duplicate chandelier. A couple months later I ordered a Kichler bathroom light from Lightingshowplace. It arrived within several days and was in very good condition. I have had no problems with it since it was installed. I was very pleased with the speed of delivery of my fixtures, their condition, and how the duplicate order was dealt with. I would order from this company again.

I only needed the glass threaded dome that goes over the light bulb but there was no way to contact the manufacturer to order just that piece. I had to order the complete light assembly. When I ordered the product, It said. the product was in stock and would ship in 1 day.. Later notifications waid it wasn't in stock but would ship in a week. I think it was about 2 weeks before I received it.

MY FIRST ORDER CAME ON TIME BUT WAS NOT THE SIZE I NEEDED. MY RETURN WAS FAST AND CREDITED BACK CORRECTLY. I WAS ABLE TO REORDER ANOTHER PRODUCT AND I AM WAITING FOR MY BACKORDER TO BE SHIPPED OUT. EMAILS ARE KEEPING ME INFORMED AS TO SHIPMENT DATE.

I have been delighted thus far. The product looks beautiful and arrived on time and well packaged. I have not had the opportunity to install the fixtures yet. Still more painting - UGH. Hopefully install will be painless and all parts accounted for.

I agree with others, they have false advertising about their products and information on shipping. I'm still waiting on my order after they told me it would be shipped within 24-48 hours. This business SUCKS and I would NOT order from them. I would give them a 0 star rating, but the lowest they have is 1.

The item that I ordered was listed as in stock and ready to ship in 3 business days. A week after I ordered it, I phoned in because it was still listed on order status as not yet shipped. The lady I spoke to was wonderful, polite and helpful, and promised me some information by the next day. The next day, I received an email listing the new shipping date at August 30. They has already charged me for the item. I called and complained about this and was told that they charge when an item is ordered not when it is shipped. I cancelled the order. They refunded my payment within a few days. I checked on the website and the mirror is still listed as in stock and available to ship in 3 business days. As far as I am concerned this is false advertising.

The customer service reps. were very attentive to my needs. They expedited the shipment of the package for me at no extra charge so I could get the product on time. The company offered a coupon "for $10 off orders $199 or more through 5/8/2010" for my next purchase.

I have shoped LightingShowplace.com several times. Their products are always hit or miss. Usually more hits than misses which is why I continue to shop there. Their prices are great but some times the photograhs don't always represent what it is that you are getting.
