I was not going to order with lens.com after my last order took more than three weeks to arrive (I paid for overnight shipping and was never refunded for the costs), but needed contacts fast. Again, I paid for overnight shipping, and I have now been waiting four days for my lenses. I called to speak to them, and they said there was a problem with my credit card. This, after days of hearing nothing from them about this. Today when still no contacts, I called again and was told that the last rep had not removed the hold from my account, and my contacts did not go out. They said I would have them tomorrow, and since I am going out of the country tomorrow night, I asked if this woman was certain. She said they make no guarantees, ever. I will never order from them again, and you shouldn't either.

My personal experience is that i paid $20 For standard shipping which claims 8 to 12 business days but MORE THAN ONE MONTH after my order, it still not here. But WORST of all, the so called client SERVICE (Service@lens.com) is NON EXISTENT ! After sending 3 desperate emails, each with 2 days of interval, they never answered me !!!

My neighbor was complaining to me the other day about the prices of everything from gas to the phone bill. I countered with some of my savings stragetgies. Then I mentioned buying my contact lenses at Lens.com It was funny. He didn't think he could buy his contact lenses anywhere else but his eye doctor. I don't know how he missed the internet revolution in contacts, but apparently he did. About a week later we were cutting the lawn and he blurted out a sheepish "thanks'. "For what?" He said he covered the cable bill with what he saved ordering the family contact lenses from Lens.com.

Delivery speed is very slow....I am in Australia and ordered my contacts on the 4th of June and was told it would be 8 to 12 business days for delivery. It has now been 17 busniess days and still no contacts. When I phoned up to enquire if they were lost I was told I need to give it at least another week to week and a half!! What is the point then of charging for PRIORITY shipping?? The lady who I spoke to in customer service was very unsympathetic and unhelpful. She clearly has never had to go without wearing contacts. Very unhappy lens.com!

Ordering contact lenses is a necessary evil, sort of like getting an oil change on the car. But until I started using Lens.com it was easier to do the oil change. Now, thanks to Lens.com it's easier to get new contact lenses. I just go online, they have a very simple website, and 5 minutes later the lenses are on their way to me. I get them in about 5-6 days and save a bunch of money. I wish the discounts on my oil changes were as good as Lens.com provides.

I have dealt with many online comapies for shoes, books, movies etc. I always review the company policies before I purchase to ensure I am dealing with somebody I want to deal with when things go sideways with an order. I have carefully reviewed Lens.com's business practices and am very pleased with the results. Their returns policy is second to none. I called in and spoke with a customer service representative and was genuinely impressed with her warth and clear explanations of their policies. I ordered and everthing went fine. Turns out I don't need to do anything but enjoy my savings. But it's always nice to know they have such excellent business practices.

Really disappointed...ordered lenses for shipping to hong kong mid April and still not arrived, I have written to theircustomer services many times now and always have to chase for aresponse. When I do get one it just makes me even more annoyed. I got told it can take up to 6 weeks, don't worry! Don't worry? Come on guys and shipping via normal post but charging me dhl prices is also not funny and seems you are making a buck through shipping.... Can anyone help? I have now just ordered from a HK shop as need lenses urgently....will not return to these guys until they get their international shipping in order and not to mention customer service!

This time I ordered from Lens.com everything went perfectly. I placed my order using the reorder link in the email they sent me and it went very smoothly. The last time I ordered I had a little trouble. My fault. I'd never done it before. I called customer service and a nice lady helped me place my order. She said it would be very easy next time and she was right. Excellent experience. I am no longer a newbie.

Finally something is going my way in this down economy. Lens.com helps me save money. Big money in my case. The whole family is in contact lenses - I wear acuvue Advance, my daughter wears Colorblends, my son wears dailies and my wife wears Acuvue Oasys. In my case, the family that shops together saves together. Ialso need to commend the good folks in the customer service department. With that many people and pescriptions on the same account I have managed to mess up the ordering, all my fault, on a couple of ocassions. Each time the folks at Lens.com stepped in and painlessly fixed the mess I had created. Hats off to saving me time and effort.

My first online contact lens order. I’m glad I chose Lens.com. Despite what I have come to realize is a very simple order system, I needed help. For the life of me I could not figure out my prescription. So I called customer service and the nice representative helped me sort it all out. She even offered to place the order for me, but I wanted to learn how for next time. Surprise, if the prescription stays the same, it’s kept on file and there is no entry for the reorder. LOL. Got my lenses right on time. Very happy!

Lens.com works for me. From where I stand they work hard for me. They have the lowest per box price especially on 6 month and yearly quantities. The fact that they don't try to sell me on bogus free shipping is my idea of a first class business practice. They charge me once and that's it. Not an up-charge on every box. There is no such thing as free shipping. Low prices, great service gets my vote and my money.

Yesterday I received my order of contact lenses from Lens.com. I ordered 6 boxes of Acuvue Oasys. They arrived on time and in perfect condition. This is my third order with Lens.com.
My prescription has not changed in the past three years so placing an order is really simple. I use the reorder function on the site. They send me reular emails with a link right o my acount. It is the easiest way to save money. Their prices are always the lowest.

Just a short review today. I had a nice experience with one of the customer service repesentatives at Lens.com. Apparently my eye doctor's staff is not quite as scrupulous with their review of my prescription as Lens.com is. I had ninadveraytantly entered my eyeglass prescription into my contact lens order. Lens.com caught it even though the eye doctor's office did not. K was kind enough to give me a call and we got it all straightened out. Excellenet service especially considrering how much I saved.

I'm very pleased with my recent order for contact lenses from Lens.com. I wear Acuvue 2 contact lenses and have done so for years. I placed my order and a day later my boss asked me to conduct an audit in San Francisco. The audit is expected to last 2-3 weeks. I live in Dallas.This would normally be no big deal but I was down to my last pair. I called customer service at Lens.com and spoke to a customer service representative. He was most helpful. He arranged to change the delivery of my contacts from my home to the Residence in by Marriott. He also expedited the shipment. I received it at the front desk on Tuesday. Funny thing was the customer service representative said I was lucky I called when I did. My order was scheduled to be picked that afternoon and would have been shipped in two more hours. Now that's what I call excellent customer service and fast delivery.

I bought my first pair of contact lenses 2 years ago. Actually my folks bought them for me. They bought from the eye doctor. Now I am responsible for paying for my contact lenses. I shopped around. I chose Lens.com. I read many reviews on epinions and they looked like a good company. I was not dissapointed. The lenses came right away. I wear Biomedix 55 Premier lenses. I am very happy with the service. I am very happy with the cost. College is costing me an arm and a leg.

I'd like to give a shout-out to the folks at lens.com. I needed to get my daughter new contact lenses. Somewhere between the lake, our house and her dorm she lost this semester's worth of lenses. Lens.com got them out to her overnight. You guys look good...but Dad looks like the real hero!

I'm wearing Air Optix Aqua by Ciba Vision, he he. Sounds like I'm being stopped on the red carpet. "What are you wearing?" All kidding aside I love them. These lenses are the closest thing to laser surgery with out the cutting. See, I'm not a fan of 'surgery' on my eyes. I do however really like being able to see when I open my eyes first thing in the morning. No fuss, no muss. The other thing I really like is buying my lenses from Lens.com. The price was very low. I looked at two other sites. Lens.com beat them both. I ordered on a Thursday and got them the following week. Everything went smoothly, right to my desk.

I recently tried two new things, both worked out great. Acuvue Advance is my new contact lens of choice. My eye doctor put me in these after about 10 years in Acuvue 2. I'm impressed with the lenses. I'm also very impressed with Lens.com, the online store I bought them from. My eye doctor was kind enough to mention they had the best prices he's seen in a while. The lenses are now available in a 24 pack. This is the first 2 week disposable, I think, that comes in a 24. Pretty smart if you ask me. It's a great way to save. Lens.com provided me with excellent pricing, on time delivery and a simple web site. I'm very happy.
