listed on website, but located off-site w/distributor, store mistakenly requested it be sent to them *without* my knowledge or consent, thereby removing listing from online inventory, no longer able to purchase online, requiring phone contact to purchase... Never do business with this company. They returned the product, and when it was listed again online, I ordered it finally. Only to have them *cancel* the order claiming it had been 'reserved' for another buyer in the meantime, after I had contacted them to make sure this kind of 'listed-but-actually-not-available' kind of thing would not happen to me.

In Ohio I cannot get certain products because of State availability. When that happens I go online and order. My order was processed when they said and they sent a email with shipping/tracking information. The order was delivered when stated. I was pleased and will order again if they have the product I want.

They called me to let me know they were short on my order, but offered great help in a substitution for completing the order.

I had a better that expected experience with Laurenti Wines. I don't like shopping on-line, but I would not hesitate in shopping on-line with your organization.

I will purchase from here from now on. Amazing experience and wonderful customer service. I was really nervous about purchasing online from them since there were very limited reviews. But I ordered since I needed the item and my anniversary was coming up the next weekend. So I ordered the wine (they were also the only company to have the two I wanted) and saw that their shipping was VERY reasonable. After I ordered I immediately received a confirmation email - which put my mind at ease. A day or so after that I got my shipping email with tracking number. I was nearly in the clear! I got the wine and signed for it EVEN on a SATURDAY! Very impressive! The bottles were perfect, the exact vintage I ordered and well packed. I cannot recommend this company enough. Please order from them - you wont be disappointed!

Product delivered at store earlier than anticipated (good). My only concern was that full cc number was printed on internet order form and taped to exterior of product when i picked it up,causing concern for # theft if missplaced or copied by personel who are not allowed access to such info.

This is my first purchase from Laurenti and was a very positive experience. Their website is very easy to use; the wine selection is great; the order process is straight forward. I received an email confirmation of my order; an email with shipping info and link to tracking; and even a call from Laurenti's customer service - very impressive. I will definitely use Laurenti for future purchases.
