My order ( Talavera platters) came on time and without no problems. The platters were wrapped in proper wrapping materials so no damage. Will shop again with La Fuente Imports.

I purchased the King Mansion Star Headboard.  They say there is no particle board and all solid ponderosa pine.  That may be but when you look at this piece, you think the legs of the headboard are solid.  They are not solid. They are 1/2 inch ponderosa pine nailed in a square which is hollow inside.  So even though looks like 4x4 solid wood it is not at all.  The pandel headboard is about 1/2 wood thickness.  It is nice, just not what I thought.  If I knew it was 1/2 pieces of wood, I would not have paid over $500 for it.  I would have paid more for something else that is really solid wood.  Anyway, it is nice, it looks solid but it is not.  I was going to order the matching dresser but after looking at the quality, I will shop elsewhere.  Just priced too high for minimal solid wood.

The shopping experience was good, although I expected the product to be shipped in more "deluxe" packaging, given the cost of the item.

The selection was varied and we found exactly what we wanted. The shipment came quickly and the mirror was packed very well. We are pleased all around.

overall beautiful ginger jar however I had to have a replacement lid sent to me because the original did not fit. Excellent customer service and the problem was handled well.

I was pleased that they carried the product I was looking for and I received it quickly.

MY HUSBAND LOVES THE BUCKETS. WE HAVE FRIENDS WHO DRINK BEER AND IT'S WONDERFUL TO FILL THE BUCKETS WITH ICE AND 5 BEERS AND PLACE THEM IN FRONT OF THEM.

The initial customer service rep seemed to be in a rush & did not verify my order information before submitting it. This would have prevented the unexpected wrong item number I ordered. The end result was satisfactory with getting the correct item to me in a timely manner.

As an evolving artist, I found their website very inspiring, with art from all over Mexico, and the retables and Day of the Dead merchandise is amazing. My only quibble was that the plastic molds for making sugar skulls were rather expensive, and when they arrived they were just two flimsy pieces of plastic, so I was a bit disappointed that I'd spent so much money on them (very overpriced!). Other than that I thought La Fuente's selection of works of art was really fantastic, and I'm glad they're giving native artists a venue for selling their work.

Received the merchandise in excellent condition and was delivered in 2 days. Very happy with the outcome.

I placed 2 orders at La Fuente.  I believe, you get what you pay for.  They were not inexpensive, but the merchandise was of very good quality.  Here's the thing, I ordered on Saturday, and had my packages delivered FED-X by Tuesday.  I will do business with them again.  I highly recommend them.

The only problem I had was that the calaca I originally wanted turned out to be out of stock-- this information wasn't on the website or apparent during the checkout process. However, I received a call from a customer service rep shortly after, and he offered me the option of waiting for the product I wanted to come into stock-- thereby delaying the delivery of my order-- or to exchange for a different, similarly valued figurine. Aside from that slight malfeasance, my experience was quite pleasant.

Excellent selection of "wine country" furniture at much lower prices than I have seen elsewhere.
