It is so real looking as we live in manufacture home as we was replacing a gas log set. This fit right in and easy to install This so much better then we thought it would be; it like you can almost smell the the wood burning. disappointed the rack came from vietnam.. would not have purchased it had i known that.. two pieces were cracked..but to avoid the hassle of sending them back i glued and clamped them back into shapre. wine is coming the end of the month and i needed the rack

ordered this on 12-19 (saw it on fox 9 morning news) for christmas gift for husband. Sent email to orderinfo@kotulas.com to see if it would arrive by christmas since we live about an hour away from Burnsville-got no response. tracking showed shipping label generated but never sent. called on 12-27, was told ups never picked it up & they would reship-should receive 3-5 days. it is 1-3 & still don't have it, tracking shows it should be here by 1-7.

web page for product showed it was in stock. once i checked out after entering my credit card info i was told it was on a 30 day back order.

I ordered three items the same day. Two of the three items I have received, the other is still MIA. It has been 25 days and still no transmitter!!! Shortly after I ordered these items, my credit card company called me due to unauthorized purchases that were made on the same card I ordered my merchandise from....What a nightmare

Kotula's is my favorite place to online shop for the odd things my family and I want. They never disappoint.

Could not clearup over the phine or email problem that by my mistake could'nt be resolved numerous emails and phone calls and still was not resolved had to cancel that order and make new one for it to be resolved and then it was like clockworth excellent except for the fact that I was'nt email immediately when shipped.
