I order online, Kohls ship my order via UPS and USPS, the cheaper way. Apparently, the USPS had problems my package. Talk to Kohls, very unhelpful to solve the problem, so I could receive my order. . not sure how long it takes until I will receive my package . . .very frustrated.

I ordered six difference types of candles , they were out of stock with 3 candles and didnt even email me a notification that the orders were cancelled. Then the 3 items i was charged for did not even arrived correctly. One item actually matched the receipt that came with it but did not match the price that i was charged, 2nd item was completely mislabled and wrongly priced and the 3rd item was not only MISSING from the shippment but wrongly priced and suppose to be out of stock and cancelled! And icing on the cake, the Return lable was already peeled off and completely missing! So i have to return all of it at my own shipping expense! This is the worst online experence i have ever had Period! I emailed a request for a refund right away, i doubt i will get my refund so i am totally going to dispute this charge with my credit card next month. My sister-in-law had a similar experience with Kohls last month, i should have listened to her!

OMG, in the year 2012, I did not think it was possible to be so inept and slow at processing and shipping orders... 1 week to process the order (2 items), and then over 1 week shipping time... and I thought Amazon Super Saver Shipping can be slow...
Granted, I did order over a pre-black friday special with free shipping, so I get they may have had a lot of orders, but seriously, come on. Hire some temps or something...
I would have given it two stars just because of the potential volume issues, but given the other reviews, it seems par for the course.
Better watch out Kohl's, you will be left behind if you don't get you act together.

Worst shipping I have ever encountered. I ordered several items all in stock. I was charged immediately but items didn't arrive until 3 weeks Later. One of the items was a shirt for my husband which they wadded into a ball and mashed down between items to use as packing material. It is so wrinkled I will have to iron it before its wrapped. Called customer service all they said is sorry that happened and they hung up. Terrible customer service and shippers that are complete morons!!

I ordered Jennifer Lopez luggage. My order wasn't received yet in the mail and I found it on their same website for $100 cheaper. When I asked for a refund of the difference they said they couldn't because I bought it on a "buy one get one free" sale. So I advised them I was going to simply refuse the order when it was shipped. They said the only way to do it is to return it to a store. So now I have to accept the order, drive and wait in line at a store and then re-order the exact same product again. Ridiculous! FIRST AND LAST KOHLS SHOPPER! It's the principal!

I will never shop Kohl's.com again (and probably not their stores either). I placed an order and only half the order was shipped. When I called customer service, I found out that they had arbitrarily cancelled the rest of my order without even bothing informing me it had been cancelled. Nice, since this was a Christmas gift. When I asked why I had not been informed that my order had been cancelled, they told me "that's too bad, but that is nothing we can do about it". TERRIBLE customer service!

Recently, I ordered 2 collage frames. They arrived early, however it must have been the worst packing job I have ever seen. Both frames were put into one enormous box with a little bubble wrap stuffed in. They were not packed in there tight enough, so of course both frames came damaged. One had broken glass and the other looked like one of the panels had been forcefully bent and busted. The frames were made extremely cheaply and were not as described (metal not wood), so in a way I was happy to return them. I wont order from Kohl's again.

I ordered online $85 worth of merchandise and it showed free shipping for order's over $75.00 and it actually did give me free shipping at first. Then I enterd an online coupon of $15.00 and the order was $73.00 so now I had to pay $10.95 in shipping. It was too late to cancel. I called and explained the situation andall I was told was "too bad". Then I wanted to just cancel the order and again sorry can't do it because you ordered this at 9:30 AM and now it's 2:30 PM. No more online shopping with them. I rarely go to Kohl's as it is but this will definitely keep me away from ever returning.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I have never written one of these reviews before, but I feel I really have to say something here. The service from Kohl's was unbelievably bad. They received a duplicate order from me because the screen went down when I tried to add a coupon code. When I tried the second time with the code, the order went through BUT THE PRICE WENT UP IN AMOUNT WITHIN A FEW CENTS OF THE VALUE OF THE COUPON BY WAY OF ADDING A SHIPPING CHARGE. I soon received receipts for both orders, immediately contacted the supposed customer service department who refused to cancel one of the orders because the amounts were not identical and therefore it couldn't be a duplicate order. After multiple emails and repeated explanations, they STILL declined to cancel the duplicate order.
I finally contacted my bank and they removed the second charge.
This organization is dishonest in its coupon discount practices and completely unhelpful. Don't buy from them. I should have stuck with One Hanes Place.

Ordered three of their Sonoma women's tops. They are made of very flimsy, nearly see-through material. There is a seam in the middle of the back which is uncomfortable. They have no explanation for why they are so cheaply made in comparison to some of their in-store products.
The ones I purchased in the store were made in India and the ones ordered online were made in Indonesia. I am not sure if that is the reason there is such a difference in the material. It is really a shame that there can't be consistency in the quality of the material used to make their tops.
I will not be ordering from Kohls.com again because I will have to see and feel the material in order to know if it is something that I want to purchase.

Horrible online experience and Kohl's does not exchange. I ordered from online thinking this was smart. The shoes were sized incorrectly. The reviews posted all said to order a larger size (I didn't read prior, duh).
Also, the online experience was so bad with their enlarged images not working and not being able to save my cart (as it advertises). I emailed them about that and they were defensive. "Thank you for letting us know NOT."
So I got through it.
Kohl's doesn't do exchanges and now the shoes are $10 more. I hate them. Hate. Sad. I haven't hated an online expereince anywhere else.

They told me how to reset my cookies. I didn't send from a browser. That is their position. It is their problem, but they won't listen. Not sure if it is worth my time to call.

Do not order online from Kohl's! I ordered 3 month bathing suit, along with other items, on May 19, 2012 for my 6 week old daughter. I ended up cancelling my order because she was almost 4 months and my shipment had still not come. They ended up refunding part of my order because one item was shipped separately. Why it was shipped separately?! I don't know. I was hoping at least one item was going to make it to me. I'm writing this on August 24th. Zero items have made it to me. Not even that single item that was shipped separately. I have never dealt with such incompetence with my online orders. Definitely, not worth the hassle. I LOATHED Kohl's.

The most incorrect and inconvenient online shopping experience. Ordered a dress for a sale price, and it got canceled because it was out of stock (the website is updated SUPER slowly so the employees don't even know if the items are available or not - what's the point of online shopping?). Second order- decided to try a different size since the customer services rep. said I can have the same discount- oh, by the way, they changed the price a day after my first order was cancled. the dress was now TWICE more than what it was on the day i ordered for the first time. After I placed my second order, I saw that the size I wanted IS BACK IN STOCK. The c.s. rep said I cannot cancel the previous order, so I orderd AGAIN. like everyone says, Kohl's somehow takes 14-33 days to put the credit back to cards. Eventually, right now, I have made three payments, just to get one dress, waiting for the refund to come through.

After placing an order for a Bridal shower gift, I found out it couldn't be sent to my own shipping address first but would be sent to the bride's address, so now I can't even look it over first and wrap it up myself. It could be wrapped for me at an additional price, which I prefer not to pay. RIPOFF!!! If that's the best Kohl's will do, they won't get any online business from me for the wedding gift!

I ordered a $50 e-giftcard today, thinking it would be a nice, quick convenient gift. It was anything but. Note that I have an account with Kohls, and have used the same method of payment and billing address for quite some time. I have also ordered e-gift cards before.
Their corporate office left me a voice mail, and when I called back, I was asked incredibly personal questions such as: "What is your date of birth? What are your previous mailing addresses?" I actually became alarmed, thinking that it was an identity rip-off scam. After verifying that it was indeed Kohl's corporate, I informed them that my date of birth and former residences were none of their business. I canceled the order and will not be utilizing this service again.

They have no way to check on the order or hasten it up, or cancel it. They have no communication with their warehouse. Shipping takes FOREVER. It is way faster to just drive to an actual Kohl's location and purchase items, or gift cards!

Called Kohls on 2/17 at 3 pm. Had placed an order on Sunday 2/12 for in-stock items. I told them that it is unacceptable that an order is still In fulfillment and not shipped out. It is not in Shipping status at all. I talked to a supervisor who refused to cancel the order. She said she cannot. I talked to HER supervisor who said the same thing and refused to go through channels to get the order canceled before it ships out. As it is, we know it wont ship until at least Monday 2/20. I refuse to do business with a company who cannot ship an order within 3 business days on in-stock items. They absolutely will not cancel it, even though it has not shipped.
Do not purchase from Kohl's online if you expect your item to be shipped within 3 days even if it is in stock. I will do a chargeback to them from my bank as soon as it ships.

This store is horrible. I ordered 15 items online on Black Friday. I never received 8 of the items. It is the middle of February, and I still have not received my refund. I have called 9 times, and they have told me three different times that I will have to wait 15-30 business days for my refund. Do not order from them, because if there is an issue, you might never see your money. To add insult to injury, when I called the first time, I reordered some of the items and they recharged my credit card. So esentially, I paid them to screw me over.

Consider this a warning.... Do not shop online at Kohls.com unless you are 100% sure about your order and you don't mind waiting forever to receive it.

I ordered on the 6th and when I got the confirmation email 2 hours later with an estimated delivery date of the 22nd. I called to cancel and was told that after 60 minutes "it's too late to cancel because the order is already being processed" When I asked the woman why it was going to take 16 additional days to actually SHIP the order after it's been packed in a box she didn't have a good answer -she said "um" -followed by silence- then "they are really busy" Sorry, but nobody is THAT busy -16 days!! For real??
So, if you must shop at Kohls -go to the store.
