I purchases bedding and within a month it started falling apart.  They stated the bedding was worth 400.00 plus but were selling it for 130.00.   Believe me it was not even worth the 130.00.  The quality was very poor.  Even worse is their customer service for returning the item.  Stay far away from this company!  I am now stuck paying for bedding that will go into the trash.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from kinglinen.com. The comforter did not look the same as the picture and was very thin. The quality seemed cheap. Customer service was rude when trying to return the set.

Becareful what you order, horrible return policy. When I tried to exchange a bedding set which they sent the wrong color they said I had to pay for it to be returned, and that was my only option. The customer service was very rude with horrible delivery, never again will I shop this site. Buyer beware,very disappointing!!!

The worst set of bedding I have ever purchased. I bought 2 sets of the queen 300 tread count cotton sheets. When washed and dried they look like someone chewed them up and spit them out, and the next time I wash them (3 time)they will no longer fit the mattress. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased.

I ordered a King sized comforter set it arrived quickly and it was beautiful and exactly as discribed on the site. I will definally use them again.  I wish I had known about them before I bought some other set and paid a lot more and didn't like them as much.

I would advise anyone thinking about ordering from KingLinen to think twice.  Their customer service is horrible and they have no problem taking money from their customer's accounts before they ever even think about shipping their item.  I ordered from them on Feb 26, they deducted the money from my account the very next day, and then advised me that they did not have the item I ordered in stock. They did not even know when they would be getting the item in.  They told me that I had to contact them to find out if they had received my item.  They would not take the time to let me know when the item came in, that was asking too much.  Here it is March 29th and I still do not have the product.  I'm beyond frustrated and will NEVER do business with them again.

I got an email from this company telling me that the set I ordered was sold out and they would not be reordering it.  Yet its still on the site.  No matter what day you go on the the site it will say "sale ends tomorrow".  Very unhappy with this service, as you feel pressured to buy the bedding if you find something you like so you can get it "on sale".  False advertising in my opinion.  I feel they should of called me instead of emailing me.  I will never order from them again or recommend them to my friends.  You are better off ordering from a store you know, such as jcpenneys or sears.

I was suckered in by the low prices. I ordered a queen comforter set for $59. I should have known it would be cheap and small. The pattern was great, but everything else was terrible. It doesn't cover my queen mattress!!! I've had it about a month, and already in several places, the stiching has opened up.  I should have returned it but didn't. Now I'm searching for a new comforter. They have a funny idea about the size of a queen mattress. This place is a rip-off...stay away!

Never bye flannel sheet set at KingLinen! Poor quality for your money! I did recerch online and it seems to be a good choice for money. I try to read some customers reviews on site. There was no any opportunity on site to read all reviews! Insted they suggested to fill in some info for subscribing to read customes reviews. No one review I did see after all!
You need to contact customer service for asking return authorization number!

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE...I found customer service reps to be rude and very quick and short when I called with questions.  The set I wanted was shown in the wrong color online and I wanted to be assured I would recieve the correct order..they basically told me to pay and complete my order AND THEN they would make sure it was right?! I told them I wasnt comfortable with that and they seemed angry.  Had to call back 3 times.  My order took a really long time to arrive and when it did it was stuffed into a "too small" box and was a wrinkled mess...I would have returned it but I didnt want to go through the hassle of dealing with customer service again.  Comforter looks and feels cheap...would never order from here again

WOULD NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN. I emailed customer service to ask about care instructions for the Moroccan comforter set. They replied that it was okay to machine wash. You can imagine my disappointment when I received the comforter and all the tags said "Dry Clean Only." Also, the comforter looked NOTHING like what was pictured on the website. The site states that the colors will be darker, but they are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Horrible experience. Wouldn't shop there again!

I was very pleased with KingLinen.com. The prices were great, I wasn't expecting high quality too! I was pleasently surprised! I would recommend KingLinen.com to anyone who wants to get beautiful, high-quality bedding for a great price!

I finally received my shipment and am pleased with the bedding set I ordered. On a positive note, the company did send me via email the UPS label to return the wrong items once I received them back from Fed-Ex. However, if you have spam blocker on your email account, you probably won't be able to receive labels. All I had to do was enable ups.com as an allowable site to contact you. The website looks as if it's been updated with phone numbers to contact customer service. I happened to find their number on the internet and called them. Once in contact, it pretty much went smoothly. However, I still have not been reimbursed for the shipping fee of sending their items back. I would still be very cautious about ordering from them unless you have the number to contact them via phone should you have any problems. I will probably try once more with this company and hope for the best.

I have been trying to buy a bed in a bag, as well as sheets and have been unable to do so. The online shopping program for this store does not work. I have tried to call them, however, they are not listed. I have emialed them.....not using their regular email site, as that does not work either. However, if you select the option for them to send you information on items for sale...that appears to work. However, using this option and replying to their response, letting them know that their site does not work and that I would like to purchase from them....they stop responding. I have requested a phone number twice.... I have requsted to order, three times.... If it is this hard to order from them, what the heck would happend if you did?? I have nothing good to say about this company or their customer service department.
