Prices are great, but there was no order confirmation email or any way to track your order. 2 of my items were 1-2 weeks out, but I would never have known that had I not emailed the site to find out what was going on with my order. Also no way to see what your order was when you go back to the site, I can't even remember if they told me what the shipping cost would be. However, the prices were great enough to get me to try it at least one more time.

My order was drop shipped from the manufacturer. So my credit card was billed over four weeks before the product actually arrived.

an email was received March 18th saying the product was back-ordered and would take some time to get them to us. the status form, accessed today, still says it will ship in 1-2 weeks. i'm not happy.

I was unsatisfied with the following aspects of my business with KidsStuff.com: 1. I placed an order via internet and it wasn't processed for several days. I think 4 days is too long to process an order and initiate shipping. 2. I was told the item I wanted would not be sent out for up to 3 weeks. I thought that was too long to wait, so I cancelled my order. 3. When I called customer service to inquire about the above issue, the associate that helped me was helpful but not extremely polite. I detected a slight inpatient "tone" to her voice. Overall, this merchant comes across as a small business that does not process orders quickly or have large inventory. I was able to go to www.onestepahead.com and purchase the same item immediately. My item was processed immediately and shipped the next day. I got it 5 days later. This speediness is valuable to me so I will continue to do business with them. The item I purchased cost a few dollares more than at KidsStuff.com, however, I did not have to join a "club". Joining of the KidsStuff "club" is a pain and would just require me to have to cancel it after a purchase. So, it's not worth my time.

Good service, took longer than expected to recieve product, but I am from Canada so it had a longer distance to travel. Over all it was an alright experience, and would still shop there in the future.

KidsStuff.com is a real pleasure to do business with. The rebate was completed automatically via internet. I really appreciate the wonderful communication and quick service. Their product is top-notch and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I will continue to do so in the future. Thanks!

By no means was it a bad shopping experience. Everything arrived quickly and in good condition. My main complaint was that the items that I purchased came in several different colors and I received the wrong color on one of my booster seats. Normally this wouldn't have been that big of a deal, but with kids it becomes a big deal. If they didn't have the color that I selected, I would have appreciated a call to let me know so that I could've selected an alternate color, rather than just sending me the wrong one. My son loves green and my daughter purple. Had the seats arrived in these colors, as I ordered them, there wouldn't have been a problem, but since the seat that was suppossed to be purple ended up blue (another one of my son's favorite colors...) they both have been fighting and crying over the blue seat ever since and have barely been able to use them, because I have to continually take them away from them. Had someone called me about the lack of purple availability, I would've just ordered both seats in the same color and the problem would've been solved, but instead they arbitrarily picked an alternate color causing more problems than I'm sure they realized at the time...

The website was easy to use, the products were delivered in good time, and I'm pleased with my purchases. After I placed my order I found some of the items cheaper at a diferent online store. I will try that website for my next order.

Very easy purchasing process, but I have yet to receive my product. I was quoted 2-3 weeks from when I ordered, and when I did not receive the product in 3 weeks I contacted the seller and they informed me that they would not be receiving the product for at least another week, and it wouldn't be shipped for another week after that. I ordered this product about a month before my child was ready for it, and now he is ready. Unfortunatly I have to find other options for him and make do till the product finally arrives.

I still have not received my order. I was sent an email telling me that the storage crates were on backorder, and they were expected around Jan. 7. So, I gave the recipients and IOU for Christmas. Question #6, doesn't apply to me.

I was pleased to find the item, however, their supplier had it on backorder so I still haven't received it. They did communicate with me that it should come in December but I am disappointed about the delay.

They had the product I was looking for, it was IN STOCK, had a good variety of colors (most sites only offered one, maybe two), and the best price I could find on the internet - home run all the way! :-)

Limited items to choose. Googled what I needed for lowest price. Didn't want to have to join a club to get that price, but it could be cancelled, which I will. They didn't have anything else I need. Fine overall--lightning fast shipping.

The website does not list the availability of items. An email informed me that the item I wished was on backorder (for 1-2 weeks) after I ordered it. Upon contact with the customer service department, I was told there would be a further delay of another 1-2 weeks with even that date not guaranteed. While the customer service representative who answered me (repeatedly) in email was polite and fast to respond, the unavailability of items and the fact the system does not inform the customer of this is unacceptable. I will not shop again with this merchant, even though their prices are the best on the web for most kids items.

I was in a pinch and needed these products ASAP! I paid for 2 day service and it was worth it. However, I left several messages and never received a call back. I ended up calling until I got a real person.

This merchant is a "bait and switch" allowing you to order online products they show as being in stock. Once you pay and submit your order you assume that your items will be shipped soon. Nope. They list items as being in stock when in fact they are backordered. This seems to be a handy ploy when they are able to list a special deal with little intention of providing the item. I forgot to mention that to shop with this seller you have to join the bogus "club" with ongoing fees. Bait and switch and more. Avoid this seller.

Really disappointed in these people. Its been 5 weeks since I placed my order and they still say 1-2 more weeks. And that is not even true. They won't respond to my emails asking my status and the wesite is less than helpful.

I received an email that the item I ordered was on backorder. I called them up and asked them if I could change colors for an in stock one, they said sure. And I got my blue (instead of white) bathring in two days. Fine with me!
