What a joke Kelly Co. Metal detectors I bought a metal detector a month ago trying to get my money back for 30+ days this company does not care about customer service at all I was told that this metal detector was at 2012 it is not it is 2010 I turn them into the BBB 30+ days ago and they have not replied at all is this customer service so don't be fooled by their ads because they are not true 30 day moneyback guarantee and their five star rating what a joke but I've noticed now that they have a lot of complaints against them I wonder why could it be customer service is no good

DO NOT BUY ON THIS COMPANY. Customer Service and sales consultant really sucks especially if you are dealing with their sales consultant named robert riczu. Beware of this company. There are other companies out there.

I ordered a coil and paid for it by Paypal, after waiting and not receiving a tracking number I called them and they said it was on back order. No one called me from Kellyco then she said it would take 3 days for a refund depending on Paypal BS..Would not recommend them at all customer service is bad

Kellyco should perhaps invest into a better website template and ecommerce funtion. I ordered two detectors and did not get any receipt from my order let alone any communication from them even though payment was successful.
The online chat proved to be useless, they do not answer your specific questions, leave you hang for several minutes and then tell you to call them voice so that they can try to upsell you some other detector because the system originally ordered was more than likely not available or they put low cost on detectors that they have no intention on offering, just hype prices to snag you into one of their pushy salespeople.
After a week, ended up cancelling my order for refund. I have yet to see such poorly organized website e-commerce system. Being a website developer myself, I would be embarrassed to maintain such a poorly done website.
It looks like i will have to get my detectors from somewhere else which will be a better choice since if they cannot even handle payments and orders properly, i can imagine what customer service will be like..

Q5. My order is sent thru the APO system and I could not use the tracking number they gave me. I tried using their tracking system and got a message saying they could not recognize the number assigned.
Q6. I submitted my order using the computer and was able to use my discount coupon.

About a month ago we ordered a $500 metal detector as a gift for my father. We recieved the order promptly; however, this expensive piece of equipment was shipped only in the product box (ie. no external shipping box) and left on our doorstep. They essentially left $500 just lying outside our house. The box looked as if someone had tried to rip it open on both sides, as the little tape they used was nearly off.
When I called customer service, their attitude was basically: Well, what do you want me to do about it? (The woman actually asked me what I wanted them to do about it).
Because of the shape the box was in, my mother and I decided we had better put it together to make sure it worked and that nothing was missing. Luckily, it was fine, but I think Kellyco's shipping methods and customer service could definitely use some help. We won't be ordering anything from them anytime soon!

Excellent customer service! Our metal detector was back-ordered and we needed to have it by March 14 for a birthday gift. I have noticed that the order was "in process" for 5 days. We called Kellyco's 1-800 number and were told that the metal detector was back-ordered. The customer service rep assured us we would have the metal detector by Friday the 12th. We received the metal detector Thursday the 11th, 2nd day air, at no additional cost to us! We will continue to do business with Kellyco and spread the word! Kellyco ROCKS!

The order went ok. One item that I told the sales person that I wanted was on back order. It was not put on the order but I didn't know it until one week later. When I called to chheck on my backordered item the person I talked to was clueless. Leaving a message for my original sales person to call me about the problem was useless. I had to place another order and was told the item was in stock. I got a order confirmation but after 4 days (2 needed for ups) I called to check. Guess what? No clue what my order status is!!!! Not again! Another mesage for my sales person to call me, but no call just another order confirmation!!! That does not show me that this company has any communication or customer cares.

I made a mistake when I ordered online and I called the company right away to correct my order and it was taken care of right away without any problem. An email was sent to me following the phone call. Great service!

There was one glich. Received email regarding mailing address and shipping address being different. Called to verify shipping to my work address - this was a Christmas gift. Person did not make note or notify that matter had been cleared up, so the actual shipping date was delayed by a week or 10 days. I actually called to check on it when I received a letter in the mail stating the same as the email. At that time, I cleared it up and the item was shipped. I did receive it in time.

I recently wrote a bad review about Kellyco Metal Detectors Online Store and I deleted it for the following reason. I made some pretty harsh statements in the heat of the moment. Since then I received a call from Margaret at Kellyco and we worked things out. She was such a pleasure to talk to and is without a doubt a great asset to Kellyco. Anyway, all is well, I am an idiot, and I am sending my sincere apology to Kellyco. I was talked to in a very professional manner by all the Kellyco members that I talked to during my apparently wrong time of the month (and I am a male...go figure). It was just a big gigantic misinterpretation on my part. Thank you Kellyco and I would and will definately recommend you to my family and friends. Plus I will be a returning customer. Jim Turner
