On my very first order they overcharged me on the product itself.  Customer service was slow to advise the resolution.  Although my initial contact from a consumer service rep would take place within 24 hours, it ultimately took two weeks before someone finally told me they would credit my credit card for the overcharge.

They are also very high on shipping.  Again on my first order, I was charged $9.99, via FCM, for one bra that weighed just a few ounces! 

They bombard you with emails containing sales - one every three or four days, which is ridiculous.  Yes, you can opt out, but then when you are in need, you'll pay full price from their site. 

I like the products, but there are many minuses.

Horribbly disappointing!! I received their catalog in the mail. There were a couple of cute items in the catalog so I thought I would give them a try. I went online THE SAME DAY I received the catalog and NONE of the 4 items I was interested were available. I even waited a couple of weeks and checked again - still nothing :( Guess I will stay with my reliable catalog clothing companies!

I have to say...I love this company!  I buy all of bras from there and while some may not last all that long - I will admit I am pretty rough on them.  But....today was awesome. 

I am getting married and needed a strapless bra for my wedding.  Once I got it...I realized the size I ordered was actually too big.  So I called and she set the correct size to be sent out right away and is mailing me a return label to return the old one - postage paid!  It was my mess-up and they are still paying my shipping. 

It pays to call them instead of just sending the product for a return and waiting!  Great company!  Never had a problem!  I recommend them 100%!!!!

I've gotten panties and bras from here and enjoyed them. They lasted for a long time. The bras I had ordered were the ones from Playtex and after so many washings, they must've had a year+ lifespan. Good quality and material. Since having lost weight, I don't shop here any longer, but it's a great catalog/web with great products, selection and prices. I've also ordered from Hanes and never had a problem, either. Good companies. And I always recommend them to everyone.

• Two weeks delivery time is unacceptable when competitors can do it in two days.

FIT – Disappointment #2
• You would think JMS would be right on the money with plus sizing. The pants that I am returning are not even close to off-the-rack sizing.

• Many competitors offer free shipping. JMS did not, but I placed an order anyway expecting to receive superior merchandise. In addition to receiving pants that did not fit, I also received a coupon that offered $4 off a future order AND I received a Hanes catalog giving me a “THANKS2U” promo code for free shipping. That adds insult to injury!

REFUND – Disappointment #4
• I have waited two weeks for pants that don’t fit. JMS now tells me that I will need to wait three more weeks before they will refund my money.

I buy all my pants at Just My Size. Since I'm short, it's really hard to find pants that are big enough but not long. Just My Size has numerous pants for plus size short people. Their jeans are my favorite, the only ones I wear. Their career pants are also very good and come in all sorts of fabrics and styles.

I placed an order in mid August. Two months later after several self-initiated phone calls for delivery status, JMS claims their "supplier" no longer has my items available. Interestingly enough, these bras are STILL available for regular price and continue to be advertised on their web site. I'm waiting to see if this company will rectify the situation, but I choose NEVER to business with JMS again. BE WARNED!!!!!

On 3/19/05 I placed an order (my first) with the Just My Size website. The selection was decent and the price was good (of course, I got the items at a clearance price). According to the information I received the standard delivery time was 1-2 weeks.

No package as of 4/10/05 so I contacted the company and inquired about my order. The Customer Service representative said it would be delivered about 4/19/05.


Today is 4/21/05 and I still have not received my package. I contacted Just My Size Customer Service. She had a bit of a time locating the information but finally told me that the package had been returned as undeliverable on 4/12/05. We verified the shipping address but they had left out the apartment number which had been placed on the website order. I asked why I hadn't been contacted (they had my phone # as well as email and physical addresses). She said she didn't know,.. that they usually sent out a postcard but they didn't in this case.


I have canceled my order with Just My Size and will look elsewhere in the future for my on-line lingerie needs.

The order took three weeks to get to me. I called the office twice to get info. They were not helpful at all. When the order arrived, the package was badly damaged. The quality of the pantyhose I ordered was unacceptable. The rest of the items were fine.

I often shop at justmysize-and been very happy with the experience-this time there were two delays that never would have been addressed if I hadn't called to find out why I was not getting the merchandise. When I asked the rep why I hadn't been contacted she didn't know????

My order was delayed due to the merchandise being out-of-stock. The merchandise was delivered at the estimation date. My only comment on the situation is........why didn't the website tell me up-front that the merchandise was not in stock and that delivery would be delayed. I received an email stating the items were out-of-stock a few days after I placed the order on-line.

Ordering online in quantity seemed risky since I am hard to fit. However the pantyhose exceeded my expectations and fits beautifully. It's cheaper than department store prices and better quality than grocery store hose. I will definitely order online again.

it only took about 1 week for my panties to arrive but it took almost a month for my bra to arrrive. other than that, it was ok.

Shopped by catalog and internet. All but one item in stock, but not a long wait for items out. Satisfied with order and items.

Very good response time only problem was told would receive email when item shipped. Did not receive email and had to call to verify order actually shipped.

I like it. I've had no problems. I've recommended JustMySize to family members and friends. I not only purchase online, I purchase JustMySize at stores that sell their products.

The bras I purchased looked different online and the quality of the bra hardware is less than I expected. Specifically, the plastic part where the bra strap length adjusts seems to be very "scratchy". It is tolerable after I filed it with a nail file, but I don't know if I would purchase bras online again because of that unexpected poor quality.

I found ordering from the website using the catalog numbers to very quick & easy. No waiting for someone to answer the phone or try to sell me "specials" I didn't want.

The website was easy to use and I'm very happy with the item I ordered. I would shop Just My Size again. My one complaint concerns email confirmations. I intially received an email confirming receipt of my order. In the email, I was informed that I would soon be receiving another email once my order was processed. That second email would also have an order number. Two weeks after I had placed the order, I had still not received that second email. I emailed customer service to see if there was a problem with my order and they never answered my email. The day after I sent the email, the package was delivered. I like my purchase, but I feel that some improvements need to be made in the email confirmation and customer service area.

Product was not as described. I was not happy with the order. I should quit buying from them but I hope that maybe I will get something I would like from them.
